Long term customer and always come back. Anya and Sian are absolutely lovely and offer their honest opinion about the fit of clothes. Love the stock at different price points with more practical buys from Little Lies and more treat buys like Auguste. Been a customer for at least three years and I'm not going anywhere

Lack of customer service. The girls just stand around chatting. Doesn’t create a friendly environment to shop in.  ***Replying to Business Owner’s comment*** Hi Cath, I appreciate your response. I visited the store on the 21st December around midday. I think some people like myself wouldn’t find it pushy if the staff greeted with a smile or a simple ‘hello’.

Originally contacted Meg and Wally via Instagram to enquire about a jumper and received a response within the day. I placed my order via their web site very user friendly on Sunday and it was delivered by Tuesday. The team are very friendly and extremely helpful. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Not totally sure how this place stays in business as it's always empty and the customer service is shocking. Don't expect the lone shop assistant to get off the computer or stop streaming something and say hello makes it a little awkward in such a small space. Head down to Oxford Street in Leederville where they have the exact same brands but a bigger selection in style and sizes as well as staff capable of interacting with people.

Friendliest staff. Got the best service on the phone today. I like buying gifts here because they're always ahead of the trends and the gifts are always unique and appreciated. Can't go wrong.

I never leave this store without buying something! There’s so many pretty gifts, clothes, and accessories and they are always getting in new stock, plus the staff are delightful too. I’ve referred many a friend here!

This is THE place to go for on trend fashion, best home and giftware and now baby stuff helloooo baby shower presents. Customer Service is so lovely and welcoming. Highly recommend!
