Fairly average food, the steak was under seasoned I.e. No seasoning and dry as though it had been reheated. The boscaiola was watery and again lacked any seasoning. The ribs had been boiled for too long and not grilled enough. I would avoid this place.
Ordered the cold and hot seafood platter. Don't recommed it, the prawns and lobster were overcooked seeming like they bought them precooked then cooked them again. Disappointing.
Had lunch with a group of friends, 10 in all. Everyone commented on the great service & lovely fresh food. Generous servings, reasonably priced. We sat outside in the pavilion, & it was like having our own private dining room.
Did you feel invited or welcoming in this place for lunch special? Of course. Why not?
Great food, good prices, generous serves, and a terrific view. We enjoyed our meals here very much.
We had a bad experience using a Groupon voucher at this establishment on 1 Feb 2018. The waiter told us to sit at an outside table in the cold wind, and he only allowed us to sit inside as we insisted. We did not get served any free bottle of water either, even though other tables were given one. To the owner : Is this how you treat customers with a Groupon voucher? We felt like we were 2nd class citizens eating there! I certainly won't be supporting your business again after this experience. Why bother having this promotion ?
My husband and I were walking around and decided to get in this restaurant as he loves a good steak,at the end we both finished completely satisfied. I don't know if the waiter was the owner but he provided us a very good service.
Excellent local bar and cafe. Very friendly staff , great food and service. It’s my new local favourite just near the water, can’t beat it.
The food here is absolutely delicious, fresh, flavoursome and top quality. The service is excellent and the prices are amazing we highly recommend this restaurant.
We had a lovely walk along the river to Putney then came back and 11 of us ate breakfast at Medrock. The scrambled eggs are wonderful.
