Visited Medley Riverside Restaurant today and it was hands down one of the best Sunday brunch spots! The riverside view was absolutely stunning and instantly set the mood.nThe staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming — they genuinely made the experience even better. The overall vibe was relaxed, happy, and perfect for a Sunday outing.nThe coffee was excellent, and enjoying it with that beautiful view made it extra special.n10000/100 – truly extraordinary. Highly recommend this place for brunch, great views, and a lovely atmosphere!
Lovely views for me and my Husband while we ate our breakfast even had wildlife join us which made the experience so much more beautiful. Portion sizes were perfect and enough. Great flavors. On point respectful, helpful customer service with friendly happy smiling staff. Keep up the great work! Highly recommend.
We celebrated our wedding anniversary yesterday, the atmosphere for our lunch was beautiful, we were set a table over looking the water and under the stunning tree for shade. With a good selection of wines we enjoyed the signature salad. The staff were so lovely, also surprising us with some very tasty sweet slices to enjoy. If you want to enjoy our city in a quiet relaxing setting this is the place
We first visited this place about 3 years ago when we unexpectedly got caught in a torrential storm. My husband and I dived in and asked a guy [who seemed like the owner] could we shelter there. He aĺlowed us to even though we didn't buy a thing. The place was empty and quiet at the time. We were there for probably an hour, watching the wind and rain hammer down on the Brisbane RivernFast forward 3 years .... We always said we'd go back and have lunch there and today was the day! Sadly, that guy was not there today but we were greeted by a team of warm, welcoming female servers. We sat at the exact same spot as earlier! This time, the place was buzzy and vibrant with every table on the outside patio filled with friends, enjoying each other's company or couples having a bite of lunch and a drink together at this stunning Kangaroo Point location.nThe menu was inspiring and I liked the look of everything on it but in the end settled on the Spicy Prawn Tacos. Super yummy! My husband had the Chicken Yiros and I helped him with the fresh, delicious Greek Salad and Tzatziki! Lovely presentation of the food too. I also hadnSylvia’s Basil Pop which was lovely and refreshing.nHard to beat this level of hospitality, food, location and service. Highly recommended!
Super slow service. The restaurant was only half full. Ordered kids pasta at 1:02pm and only was served at 1:59pm. My kids were so hungry hence i ordered first who knows it took so long nearly 1 hour for 2 bowls of kid pasta. Our next main order was placed 1:33pm and it was served this salad at 2:26pm. If it was really busy its understandable. The wait staffs i am sure they were aware of long waiting time, but none of them informed any of the patrons regarding this. They seems to be very chill about it.nThe chef inside dark skin coloured was rude towards the other kitchen hand guy, we could hear what they were saying as it was an open kitchen and we were seated near it.nOh well, we purposely travelled there due to the review and keen to try. The food was OK, i wasn’t really enjoying it just wanted to quickly eat and leave. Beautiful view outside the place.nBut probably once is enough, it wasn’t a pleasant experience.
