Jewellery shop reviewer here. Wanted to buy a 1-Oz silver Kruger rand. Got given a price 5x over worth and was told “I also need to make a profit man.” Coin wasn’t protected and dirty from touch. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Ended up with the coin at 1/5 of the first price.
The shopkeepers doesn’t have decency to speak to women. They always look for cash money. If you don’t pay for it, the attitude will change completely. Initially they show the interest to customers but later, all goes for toss. This is second time I bought from them but I will never recommend this shop to others.
Too small, too crowded, felt like I went in to a fish market, really really bad customer service although people were somewhat polite. Didn't give us enough time to look at their collection, the guy literally told me to make up my mind soon as he had other customers to attend to and I thought it was an incredibly rude way to treat a customer who was genuinely interested in buying g something. I don’t recommend this place at all, take your money and go somewhere they’d treat you better. I had not read some reviews before I went there ans after I had a bad experience I thought I’d let others know too. I am not sure about the price but I am never going back there again,

Sooooooooo rude staff and very very very bad customer service I will never recommend it
They have a good collection. I purchased a set. But the price is quite high in comparison to other stores in the location. On 20.12.2021 Market price for per gram 21 ct was 63.89. However, their price is 92.98. Almost 50% higher. It’s better to avoid them if you get similar things in other stores of the area.
The worst experience I ever had. The staff were very rude. They gave us a price for a Gold coin, we went to get the money, they changed their mind and acted in a very rude and unrespectful way. The guy physically attacked me to the point I called the police. I don't know why they act this way or why they demand cash payment, even though they have EFTPOS probably ATO should look into that. This is legitimate review, other customers could support me here.
They are very rude. Bad customer service
Terrible customer service. They weren’t just interested at all. Didn’t even ask us as we entered and kept talking among themselves. Later started watching tiktok on the phone. Seems like they don’t want the business:/
