TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE the worst business ever for customer experience.  Bought a product from the Balcatta store and was unsafe but refused to do a refund. They also dont have any refund policy at all on their website.

Good range of mobility equipment and tools. Very helpful staff.
