I visited your practice on Sunday 22nd and checked in with reception as per usual . Many time during the past 8 years i have visited your surgery for either myself or one of my 6 kids and normally find the experience faultless . However, i feel i need to feed back about the one team member who is letting the whole team down . The receptionist who was on shift on Sunday 22nd Jan , is rude , unhelpful, matter of fact and clearly does not like her job or know how to crack a smile . I have experienced this manner from the same receptionist on many occasions, and now feel that you are owed this feedback as the rest of the receptionists are just lovely and kind . I have also encouraged my adult son to feed back too , as his experience was exactly the same , being a young adult making his own way in the world , encounters with people like this hinder them from reaching out for help and advice . Completely out of order for someone in the caring profession .
Dr Chloe lacks empathy, compassion and people skills, by far the rudest dr I have even meet and looking through the reviews on here it seems I am not the only person to have had a horrible consultation with her, I felt unheard, rushed and used!! I have been a patient of this practice for 7 years with my main doctor being Dr Ranjith and he is absolutely amazing but getting an appointment with him on this specific day was impossible, I would have rather had suffered in pain until he was available. Seems Dr Chloe likes being paid for doing no work at all. Medicare needs to know this woman is being paid for nothing.
Rude and Bad attitude from the Lady at the front desk with glasses. I went int on Fabruary 1st and checked in with reception. I said" Good morning, how are you? and she replied in an angry manner "who do you have an appointment with" . Common I know the world and society are changing but where are the manners? If someone says to you Hello how are you, the least you can expect is for that someone to say I am fine thank you and how about you today? something like that? Is not that hard to ask. When you have all the intention of being respectful and polite to people and someone just ignores you completely and shows you attitude, it really ruins your day. She gave some instructions and I could not hear properly as the lady speaks in a bad quiet manner like is hurting for her to speak because she is bored at her job. To top it up you still have the covid screens in acrylic blocking the sound so I genuinely could not hear properly so when i turned to take a seat assuming that this was the instruction, she yelled at me "Excuse me"!!! you need to go to the other side. Everyone turned around and I replied: "I'm sorry I could not hear what you said before". she put a bullet in my face with her looks. Oh boy what a morning... Certainly feels is not someone having a bad day but someone who doesn't enjoy her job. what a match for someone that works in the caring industry! We love Dr Ranjit and the girl at the lab, the nurses, everybody is so nice but this lady really needs to have a reality check. Medicross has been our Family Practice since 2012 and the girls at the front were so nice and well spoken. For the last couple years obviously staff have roated but there is this one team member who is making the whole place down . The receptionist who seems to be the most experience, has a terrible attitude, she is rude to say the least , unhelpful, and looks at talks to you as if she wanted to hurt you. It is not the first time we have experienced this treatment and we dont' want to continue and put our selves through this torture. Reading reviews from other people in the google page makes me feel better becuase I am not the only one complaining or throwing a tantrum. Next time I will go in and check that she is busy so the other lady can help us out to avoid this person. what a bad feeling having to go to these extremes! If i could give a 0 star rating based on our last two years of the same treatment with her I would but google only accepts a review with one star : Wake up guys, we don't owe you and you are not the only practice!
Medicross Coomera has been my family’s go to place for over ten years, I cannot speak more highly off our G.P & the reception staff who have Always been extremely helpful & friendly, with the exception of a particular team member at reception, she is not welcoming or accommodating with her attitude & overall RUDE persona. Really letting the standards down having this woman representing a very respectful & professional practice.
Julie the receptionist is a delight She goes above and beyond everytime im in there, always has a smile on her face and is soo nice and caring. Because of her my experience at medicross has been amazing
Dr Raj is amazing !! The time and care he takes towards his patients are amazing. I’d never go to another doctor. Although, the older lady at reception is extremely rude. Every encounter I have had with her is horrible. The other girls at reception are lovely tho ! Especially jemma.
the receptionist i spoke to today in this clinic was absolutely disgusting. i saw a doctor needing medication and they had pretty much kicked me out within 5 minutes giving me medication for something that i apparently didn’t even have. i also had booked a telehealth appointment on their website as there was no other option and my next of kin had received a message to say i didn’t show up to my appointment so i called them and asked what had happened and they said that they had delat with me already and that my mum must have called but both me and my mum had not spoken to anyone. after i tried to explain i had booked a telehealth appointment i was hung up on. i’m actually so upset at how they treat there patients especially considering it’s my new local clinic. i will not be going back
I have never trusted or felt so comfortable with a doctor before meeting Dr Fay Chandler. She is kind, considerate and well suited to her profession. She has really helped me. The receptionists are also very kind and lovely to talk with.
This clinic bulk bills. Expect to wait. They prioritise your health and will do as much as they can for you. Receptionists are professional and attentive even when very busy. Dr Chloe and Dr Nick are both caring, efficient and show true concern for their patients in a fast paced clinic. I trust this clinic to look after me when other clinics fail. They always do their best to get you in if you need a doctor.
I’m hopeful for the good in the world. Can’t thank Jemma, Dr Ranjith and staff enough for the service they provided for my grandmother. The compassion and empathy to the situation touched my heart. Thank you again, and can’t recommend their kindness enough to the public. Looking after the oldies, is something bigger than anyone could ever imagine. The struggles they face, we’ll never imagine to experience in today’s life. So much respect for your clinic. Sending so many thanks your way.
