Totally and completely dissapointing experience. I tried to enroll for Medicare and was treated like some criminal trying to abuse system even though I had all docs supporting application. Stuff need to work on soft skills and learn how not to be ignorant.

I’ve been to this Medicare office many times over the years and have always found them to be exceptionally polite and helpful.

The employees there might need some training. One employee, Sandra told me wrong information about my parents' eligibility to medicare They are eligible according to the website. She spoke with condescending air and it was not a pleasant experience.
