Friendly staff and efficient service. Downside is when I walk in can smell the stink ... not sure what it is ...
Actually had a really nice experience here signing up for medicare as a backpacker. Was asked some questions as I came in, filled out the form, handed it in and got my medicare number. Took 30 or so minutes and the staff were friendly and light-hearted throughout. Bring your passport and your visa visa can be on your phone.
What an absolute joke, go in to apply for a Medicare card at 4:15. Forms already filled in good to to go. Only person in line and Open to 4:30. Refuse to take forms as they've "closed for enrollments." Very disappointing
The staff over there is picking cases to help when it get to 4:00, then you should change your closing hour to 4:00 not 4:30. Low efficiency and causing a lot of inconvenience.
Tried to call several times and each time message says, experiencing a large volume of calls. Need to find out why I was paid about $60 less than I was told I was going to get. Looks like I'll never know.
Was welcomed as soon as I arrived. And was helped through my enquiry. I was in and out within 10 minutes.
