Please try to connection with Phone,,, you have one way to connection, just a phone... Call and wait patiently, wait patiently... No email and no online customer service,... But there are a lot of office, this is excepting from this topic...

Some staff are not familiar with their business. I once asked insurance for my mom but was told they don't have one. but they do when I asked someone else. They also hire causal who are not trained enough. Later they just blame everything to the causal.

This company increase primium a lot more higher than most of the big health companies. But cover very limited benefit, and closed a lot of providers including dentists, optomists, physiotherapists ... not convenient to use. I have major dental cover $1000 a year, so I went to do a major dental service cost me $1087, but claim back only $108, is this the problem of dentist or Medibank design this tricky product? Medibank is no longer a government owned company, making profit is their only aim.
