Staff is very helpful specifically Rachel she is doing great job i ever experience
Bad customer service, always have one person in the office and you have wait for ages.
Very frustrating have been waiting 3 mths to get a previous statement each time getting the run around and being placed on hold for ages. Apparently I'm told now after three months they can't email what I need they will have to post it. I have been into their branch twice with the same request and numerous phone calls now I'm told it will be posted, should receive withing 5 to 10 working days. I won't hold my breath. If not received I will certainly be moving to another provider. Frustrated VERY!!
one staff tells one thing so you comply then another staff says it is wrong. waited over a hour to see the first staff member only one staff on then to get a defensive and a non customer service personality when you bought the required paperwork back has left a very unsatisfied member.
great costumer service when i went in to pause my payment as i have hit a rough patch like a lot of people they said it was all done and when i was ready to come back in to get it started up again but the payment still keeps coming out so if you know you are going to be keeping this around for a long time get it but if you think you will have to pause your payments go somewhere else
Jerri is a very helpful person. Took time to explain options. I would recommend to go there and have a chat if you are buying health insurance.
Phoned up to increase my extras cover, get told 2 and 6 month waiting periods are waived, even have an email saying it, though it’s that information isn’t reflected on my online profile
