One young staff member was so rude and too pushy to sell a product, ruined my day

I visit the Subiaco or Claremont store every few weeks and can say they are a model of excellent customer service and well curated products. Almost always items are in stock, staff are friendly and genuinely helpful and I feel happy after my experience in their stores!

I found this one staff to be very pushy and all she wanted me to do was to sell me a product that I did not want and need.

Thank you Gaby Subiaco store. I had a Mad Men event last night and Gaby nailed it. It was fun, professional and a total treat. Thank you. x

Fast and friendly service with a great variety of products.

Got make my makeup done on Friday and the lady was lovely - she had great suggestions and was super friendly.

I was  impressed by the great service from Elsa and her team. Elsa knew her products and was warm and friendly. I loved the sample pots to try as well. I'll be back!
