I was at Chatswood Chase Mecca for my daughter's colour match. We were assisted by Michelle? Tall, wears glasses, big eyes. She was just so lovely, she made sure my daughter was comfortable and felt confident in the colour she chose, it was important to her that the colour is not too light and Michelle knew exactly what she needed. She was sweet and patient and had such knowledge about the products and which one would be suited to my daughter's skin and my skin. So happy leaving with our purchases. Will definitely be back and look for her help again :

Friendly and approachable staff. Would like to thank the young lady named Bella who spent sometime advising and helping me with my make up choice. I liked she was very honest, knowledgeable and did not judge me on my lack of make up understanding nor that I had a budget. Also staff are not pushy nor make you feel you have to buy something unlike some of the makeup and beauty shops I have been to. Will be shopping here again soon.

One of a few times in my lifetime that I enter a shop like this. Believe me or not but I was exchanging something for my wife and not myself for my Saturday night wear .  Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. The shop is well laid out and looks to have everything. Certainly drop by there when my man cream runs out. They potentially have a new customer!  It turns out that the items I was exchanging to was a limited edition colour. One would think that if someone picks an blush colour that they would stick with it for at least half a decade. If they made it a limited edition colour they have to go back to finding a colour that they like again hence purchasing a few different shades. From a business sense I guess it is a good tactic.

I went to Mecca not really knowing what products were right for me and I was greeted by Jade. Jade was so helpful and did not rush not one step. She seriously went above and beyond to make sure I got a clear understanding of certain products and brands to improve my makeup routine. She made me feel very welcomed and tailored the experience to make sure I left feeling confident with my purchase! Highly recommend coming to this Mecca all the staff are lovely :

Went into this store last week to get colour matched. I was amazed by the customer service by Holly, she automatically came to me when I walked in with a friendly face and was extremely kind. She made the effort to try different shades and brands to suit my skin. She made me feel extremely comfortable to ask different questions with her friendly nature.

Love this store. Staff member Sarah wore clear prescription glasses was so helpful during my last visit. she def know her fragrances really well. its great to see when people have a fashion for what they do.. She recommended Amyris Homme and I am in love with this scent! This will def be my next purchase. What i love about Meccas staff members like Sarah,  you never feel pressured into buying anything on the spot.

Most incredible experience at this store! I've been to other Mecca stores too but this one exceeds them all! Customer service is amazing, staff always ready to help and assist, very neatly layer out spacious store with amazing brands to offer! The store management team is fantastic! I've seen management helping out on the floor and the team working so well together. Well done chatswood chase and I thoroughly enjoyed shopping here :

I was served by a young lady who had braces I believe her name was Bella. Bella if I remember correctly was amazing she took the time to understand me and help me with products such as makeup and skin care.
