Have now visited the Brighton store on a couple of occasions and the service has been excellent. Friendly, knowledgable staff have provided a positive shopping experience. Great to leave a boutique feeling you have been listened to and looked after.

Mecca in Brighton is a nice, bright store with friendly, knowledgeable staff. Emma is lovely and has helped me choose the correct foundation and primer - She even remembered me from a previous visit! Happy to say this is my local cosmetics shop :)

Worst service i have ever received at a makeup store. Went to get my makeup done for my formal here a few months ago and was shocked at how the artist treated me. A rude customer interrupted us every 1 minute in which the artist responded by talking to her like her job was to chat with customers. The artist cost 15 mins of the makeup session by talking to the customer she knew and my makeup was supposedly "finished" even when she did not do my lipstick or my eyebrows. Please prioritise your customers who are paying you money for an important event such as a formal instead of talking to a friend, which is obviously more significant than some girls' makeup for a one in a life time event....

Tried calling this store over and over again (12 times in total over two days) no one answers.

Drove past the store today and no one was in there, used my mobile to call and the sales girls ignored the ringing and continued chatting.

Come on........
