Not one to post reviews but Jazz at Mecca Armadale is an absolute superstar! I came into the store really stressed and she was super accomodating and patient with me. She guided me through many different products and shades and I felt understood. So so happy that I have found products that agree with my skin type and tone. Thank you so much Jazz!!!

I had the most AMAZING experience taking my daughter into Mecca Armadale a few days ago I just needed to share! My daughter is 16 and wanted to improve her skincare game as she has been breaking out recently. I have never experienced such incredible and enthusiastic service before. A young lady named Imogen served my daughter and talked her through every single brand that would be suited to her skin. Going through the price, ingredients etc.nnI was BLOWN away at the service. Imogen thank you for going above and beyond for us. We will definitely be back, 5 stars!!!
Terrible customer servicennI returned a lipstick that I’d bought just a few days ago as it was the wrong colour. that’s okay, human error, I get it, however when I returned it I was approached by a sales assistant who indicated she’d get someone to assist me. After standing there for a few minutes watching her serve someone else, I approached the counter to get someone else to assist me, somewhat irritated by my previous interaction. The first assistant then came over and pointing to a microphone stating ‘sorry I asked someone to help but there was no one available’. Communicating that information to me would have been helpful. I then got the ‘looks’ from both of them, you know, the gaslight looks, like YOU’VE done something unreasonable. Uggh, fortunately makeup is available everywhere…lift your game Mecca.nnUpdate, below is Mecca’s generic, bla bla meaningless reply.
