Love this place - kind and approachable service, always willing to help. It’s a great location as I don’t have to go out of my way to go there. Definitely a great place to have a MECCA as it always has customers. I pop in whenever I’m in the area as I enjoy how helpful they are. Somewhat limited in brands but that’s only because it’s a fairly small place. I recommend going there to buy.
Why are there only 5 Stars???nToday I had an absolute 10 Star experience in Mecca Brighton with a lovely consultant, Taylor.nFrom the minute I walked through the doors, completely wind blown & freezing, Taylor’s warm, welcoming smile made me feel as though I had popped in to see a friend.nAfter a short conversation I decided to ask if I could book a makeup experience & ended up having such a fun, non intimidating 2 hour one on one lesson.nHonestly, I left feeling seen & heard with a lovely fresh look & a bag of fabulous Mecca products.nTaylor, I will recommend you to all my friends & look forward to adding to my new Mecca collection.
Had such a lovely experience yesterday and wanted to shoutout Maddy, who went above and beyond to find me the perfect shade match for a new foundation. She also spent time with me chatting about my skincare routine and what products she’d reccomend to prime the skin before the foundation. Even though the store was super busy, she never rushed or pressured me which I very much appreciated. She was a wealth of knowledge and super lovely too
Maddie was so helpful and kind. She knows her products. All I said was a pink lipgloss and she somehow knew which one I was talking about! Fantastic service well done Maddie
Not a big make up user; could not rate Maddy at Mecca Brighton more highly! She listened to what I was looking for, took me straight to a couple of options. Applied and noted the differences of products on my skin. Totally fabulous experience all round
