All staff here were very friendly and welcoming from the very first visit. Play area for kids kept them entertained while the quote was being done - and during the repair they kept me updated with status and likely finish date.

Workmanship was garbage, when I returned to complain about bolts missing from the bullbar and foot prints on the seat, I was met by the rude arrogant owner who accused me of lying. When he got under the car a seen for himself he asked the guy that did the job where the bolts are, he replied, "in my tool box, they wouldn't go back in". The owner put them in himself but no apology for the attitude or dodgy workmanship. As for the dirty footprint on the seat, he thought it was no big deal so the insurance company had to pay for that to be cleaned. Totally s*** service and no respect for people or their property.

They did work on my sayyong and most say it was a wonderful job will always go back and will recommend then. They also will give you a loan car while they are fixing yours

Went in for a quote asked them to email it to me so they didn't have to do it on the spot (was trying to be helpful). I had to call them almost a week later as I had not heard anything, the woman on the phone said she will get back to me that day, but never heard anything again from them. I went to 3 different crash repairs that day to compare quotes and the other two got back to me within 24 hours. They sure won't be getting my business
