I can't praise this facility enough. All nurses and staff are amazingly supportive of residents and their family.nWhile we were at a side of my dads death bed for the last two days of him sadly passing away, we were served with lunch, hot and cold beverages and most of all moral support.nNot an easy job to work but they manage beautifully.nWell done opal and thank you for caring for our beloved father
My father has been living at Opal Meadow Heights for 6 months. Overall, we are very happy about their service. Staff and management are very friendly and caring. It is a multiculturally respectful environment that every resident feels belong and has right to voice their requests anytime. A good place to live peacefully.
My Mother has been at Opal Roxburgh for the last 4 years and I can't speak highly enough of the facility, the nursing staff and in particular the current manager, the weekly newsletter to all residents family and friends keeping us informed is greatly appreciated especially in these very challenging times. Before the current manager joined Opal Roxburgh there was very little contact from Opal regarding my Mum or any other matter. The nursing staff are wonderful and always ready to help.nnMy family and I would like to thank all concerned for a great job, well done. We are very grateful to Opal Roxburgh.
I have visited this nursing home for my grand mother last week. Even though its a small nursing home, this place is amazingly clean, tidy and well looked after. The courtyards are amazing and noticed that the residents are enjoying the bright sunshine outside. All the staffs we met were really helpful and supportive with a smile on the face.
Would like to say that I praise Bronwyn and her staff for doing a great job. My dad has been at Opal Roxburgh for 7and half years and in the last 12 months I feel at ease with dad being there. Did have issues previously with some of the managers, especially 1thank god she has gone. Due to the circumstances that is happening during COVID-19, they are doing their best. I’m sad that I can’t visit dad, but am happy that I use zoom and chat to dad.nKeep up the good work
