McQuoin Park (not to be confused with the nearby Healthcare facility with the same name), is a neglected bushland reserve located between The Grange, St Leo's College, & McQuoin Park Catholic Healthcare. It's dominant feature is a remnant of Sydney's Blue Gum forest. These very tall majestic trees are home to a large & very noisy population of Sulfur-Crested Cockatoos who love to congregate in the lofty branches. The reserve has no facilities for visitors of any kind, and doesn't seem to receive any regular maintenance in the way of bushcare from the local council. It is not recommended to bring children here due to the abundance of sharp weedy bush debris that litters the ground throughout. Reviewers who gave this park more than 3 stars have obviously never been here.
