We looked everywhere and found these guys had the best combination of style, quality and price. The team provided us with fantastic service and advice every step of the way and we couldn’t have been happier. Have had the furniture for around 6 months now and it is meeting all our expectations.

Incredibly poor after Sales service, the worst I have ever experienced. Repeated email correspondence without any response or acknowledgement. Recently had product inspected (had to request the owners contact details before MCM retail sales consultant would action an inspection) and agreed that full replacement was necessary by MCM Contractor, however no communication has been received post inspection (now 1 x week post)- absolutely disgusting. Still waiting for communication- quite simple, respond to emails and return phone calls.

We purchased a table from MCM house and soon after delivery it warped severely. The legs were also wrong - we were sent two different legs. We had to ring and email chase them for months. They did not return emails or phone calls. Months later we finally received replacement table and legs - the replacement legs were useless as they had no bracing support so I had new ones made up at an extra cost. The replacement table is now warped also - good news is it is fun for the kids to watch marbles rolling into the middle of the table. I will be putting our $6k table in the bin and getting a locally made table. Avoid this company at all cost. They are rude, arrogant and their level of customer service can only be matched by Telstra.

Ordering a table shouldn't be this hard. I ordered a table 4 months ago, paid 50% deposit. The lead time of 10 weeks passed, no news. I had to email /call three times to only be told it would take another 2 weeks. 2 weeks past, still no news. I chased up again to be told that it would take another 3 weeks. Still no news. I chased up again to be told it would take another month. In the end, I cancelled the order and got my deposit back, still haven't received any apologies from the management team. MCM makes some beautiful furniture, but customers shouldn''t have to work so hard to get what they paid for and as a minimum some pro-active communication from team would have been nice.
