There is one negative review about the back office. But, Esther is a qualified Pharmacist & very helpful. She has outstanding skills. She even special ordered medicines for me. I know some are in the world of their own. I called last Sunday at 12:30 pm to pick some medicine and the woman said to come. But, they decided to close from that Sunday at 3 pm. If she had some brains, she would have told me that they were closing early from that Sunday. I drove in vain at 3:05 pm to read the note on the door they decided to close early from that day. But, Chemist warehouse is much cheaper as much as 50% for some medicines.
Rip off. I went to buy some medication and the medicine the generic brand was 40% dearer than most chemists. I asked the lady at the front if they price match she said what for. I asked again if they price match and said the medicine was quite dear. She said no we don't with a touch of arrogance. Poor service skills were apparent. Not recommended.
Went to the medical centre here twice. First time was great with Dr Wong who has great patient care. Second time was possibly the worst experience I possibly had with any GP. Dr Zhang was unsympathetic, lacked patient care, condescending and showed that he genuinely did not care about me or my test results. I stepped into his office after 45 mins of waiting and it was a complete waste of time as he basically told me to ignore what was said in the report and just take panadol or nurofen if I feel pain in my foot again - that no other precaution measures needed to be taken. He did not explain what was said in the report and made me feel very upset and like I was completely stupid for checking up on my foot in the first place. I felt like walking out of the consultation 2 minutes after sitting down as he tried to ask me what was wrong but in a very rude and abrupt manner. The question wasn't even "Can you tell me where you're feeling the pain?" - it was "WHAT TOE" repeated three times and got me instantly defensive and very angry. I know as a GP, you can't be expected to care about every patient that steps through your practice but as a professional in your field, I expect you to at least disguise the fact you don't really care and have more patient care manners which is a basic prerequisite for your job.
Do NOT come here. They charged me $140 for a compound that only costs $85 at Amcal for the exact same ingredients. You will pay 40% more!!! I recommend going elsewhere and save your money.
Tried to charge $18.99 for a $4 generic brand! Was going to have my blood tested there but dont think I trust them enough to even test my dog for ticks.
I have never seen this the best chemistry shop before, expectially the Dr. Steven Zhang, he is the number doctor in Sydney I think about that. Cheers!
The price of medicines here are generally more expensive. The staff called laura, who works in the prescription section is extremely rude and arrogant! Will not be back
Very fantastic docter Steven Zhang, he is a so kind person. I defintily like him.
Friendly staff, they always look after me & my family. Their service is quick & easy.
Not able to assist and not even interested in assisting with fairly simple compounding request. Shop elsewhere maybe?
