Very pleased with Scott McKenzie Wu Property and would definitely recommend them! Scott and Lin are genuine and have an open communication style which we appreciate. They are also very thorough and meticulous in following through with issues reported or with questions that we need clarification with.

These guys are amazing!!! They were the only agents who promptly replied to me about having a pet at a property. Once denied by someome on the body corp panel they fought hard to have us as tenants. We were given updates every step of the way and they got us approval for the rental. We are very appreciative as this place is perfect. There is something special about these two.

From my first communication with Scott McKenzie to the sale of my property and beyond, Scott was the consummate professional. Scott and Lin are perfectionists and I felt right from the beginning that my property was in safe hands. Scott went above and beyond the call of duty in assisting me with the job of preparing the property for sale. His encouragement, patience and daily communications gave me a level of comfort that I haven't ever experienced before when buying or selling a property. McKenzie Wu also provide a Stylist as part of their service which I found particularly useful and which I followed to the letter thereby presenting my property in the best possible light. Scott and Lin are definitely a marvelous team who work hand in hand with the seller from beginning to end and offer an experience second to none.

Scott has been our property manager for Unit 4, 54 Brisbane Street, St Lucia since July 2016. Since we are from interstate, we would look for a property manager who we can trust and Scot has been our choice. He knows well the process of managing a property with all maintenance needs as well as reporting requirements. More importantly, he is very responsive in email communication, to which we value as keeping the information flow is essential in any business. Thumbs up for all your hard work, Scott.
