An average play centre that could do with a bit more cleaning and better food. The kids did enjoy themselves and we would go back, just taking our own food.

This place is fantastic. Not as big as some places we've been to, but it has great thin gs for the kids to play with, slides, climbing, ball pits. The smaller kid area is also awesome. With a pensioner price of just $6.50, even though we live in Bendigo, we'd return for sure!

Went here for a birthday.. kids loved it, loved it so much that they forgot to eat.. very hot inside for parents during summer. Other then that, was a great place.

After writing a truthful review about my bad experience at this place, which the children love, the owner proceeded to lie about my experience here in response, saying i did not pay for my child. I cannot abide being called a liar and will not be bullied by the people who run this business. The facts of the story are: My young son attended a party, my daughter came in with me and DID NOT play while i chatted to parents for 20 minutes. My daughter begged me to play and i said NO because we were going to Bunnings, which we did. When i returned to pick up my son i let my daughter play for about 25 minutes, then was approached by this large man, who, extremely abruptly and rudely asked me to pay $5. Paying was never a concern for me, i was going to ask if it would cost anything at all, seeing as my son was at a party, and other play centres i have been to haven't needed payment for such a short time during pick up. This man, whose name i cannot get due to this woman screaming at me on the phone, yelling, saying i was a shoplifter because she had not been given the full story and in fact didn't know i had actually paid the $5, then hung up on me. The man stood waiting for me when we all left the party, to rudely again ask me for $5, he said he had "politely" asked me to pay already, i told him how rude he had been and he continued to argue with me and intimidate me, in front of other customers, i yelled back defending myself. My daughter was in fact holding the $5 in her hand as i did not want to speak to him again and handed it to him. All the mums i was with commented on how strange it was that he was watching and waiting on us like a security guard. In fact he was watching me. He was very intimidating and frightening. I rang to get his name so i can warn people about this man, the woman screamed at me then hung up, so i rang again to get his name, she then accused me of harassment. So i will never know his name, its a secret. Is it legal to lie about the CCTV footage? Saying it happened in response to a bad review, and it actually happening, are two very different things. Who would you believe? I still maintain my children love this place. Unfortunately they won't be going back, there are so many others with better service in the area. I even left my phone number with this woman, in the hopes she would call back and apologise, now I'm afraid she'll abuse me so i have blocked her number. Very unprofessional handling of the situation. I feel bullied. My previous review: The play area for the kids is great and the staff are ok. Everyone will know who i mean when i say 'the old guy who works there'. No one will tell me his name. Ive been a few times and everyone usually tolerates the man who exists to keep people in check. Today he was unforgivably rude to me about having done the wrong thing. He bailed me up and told me i was rude to him, and continued to chastise me in front of other customers. He is highly strung and doesn't seem to notice what the business is, a place for children to have fun. When i rang afterwards to find out his name, it wasn't given to me even though i have given them my name and number to make sure he is reprimanded for his intolerable behaviour. Sometimes you have bad days, this was different. This person should not be working around children.
