Bathrooms extremely clean no toilet paper anywhere, food was super quick and didn’t take ages and the staff were lovely! mmm great coffee so delicious not like toilet water! great comfortable seating really enjoyed the cones to sit on.

I couldn't ask for more. Super friendly staff. Duty manager Ally was a grt example of customer service with a smile. Food order was swift and hot Coffee was what I asked for and it was a pleasant experience all round. I hope this young lady is promoted she is an excellent role model for future employees. Keep up the good wk Ally

We usually drive here on our way to the gold coast as it's off the main road and usually not so busy. Unfortunately this time it was a little busier than usual, however, we ordered on the app and it was quick, but the only issue is the el maco had no taste and the chips did not taste great. Disappointing this time, as it has always been a great place to stop. Might not give it another go on our next drive.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to and that's saying something. Worst service and quality of food was below average. Some lady was waiting for her food and asked for an update. Girl at the counter asked if she'd paid for it and when she said no, she simply said "that's why." No sympathy for an old lady, whatsoever. Another man had ordered a juice only for his kid and when asking for it, it was handed over rudely as it wasn't his number yet. Another lady was handed an order, but was missing food, so asked about it and the girl says, "oh yeah, we're waiting for that." My order was missing sauces and I had to ask for serviettes twice. I asked for serviettes and she looked at me and then completely ignored me until I asked the second time.

Ordered 2 cheese burger meals with table service. The look and statement when they were delivered showed that the team member did not want to be there. The chips and burgers were cold, softdrink a bit flat. I haven't had a McDonald's meal this bad since it wasn't made to order this was definitely not made to order, fresh and delivered in a timely manner.

The girl serving drive through was very rude. Honestly needs to be taught how to treat customers. My coffee was probably the worst ive ever had and it was cold. Really poor effort from the boss of this place. Get in and train your staff. The young guy who handed my order to me was very nice so i will praise him only

ordered 2 mc cafe drinks. people who ordered after us were getting their full meals complete with drinks and their own mc cafe drinks before we did. it's like they cleared our order from the screen, taped the receipt to the counter, and just forgot about us. waited easily over 15 minutes.

When I visited this store in Sept 22, it was a mess. Rubbish bin in the shop overflowing, tables and seats needed cleaning, lots of food scraps on the floor. There were disgruntled customers. So I found a cleaning cloth that a staff member had left on the counter and went about cleaning three tables and seats for the customers. PS: There were two cheerful customers who were a couple of blue team locals, haha!

It's like eating in the relaxing ambience of a factory. All the continual and obnoxious loud alarms and beeps are extremely alienating. Only eat here if you like garbage food in an atmosphere designed to produce a high turnover of diners to maximise profit. Revolting.
