Just waited in drive thru for over 20 minutes and there were only 3 cars in front of us. If we could have left we would have but cars were behind us. I asked why and they said they only serve from one window at night 11.30pm Saturday for safety reasons and they claimed they were very busy. Then they didn't have the frozen drink we wanted anyway even though every other Maccas on the Sunshine Coast does. As we drove out there were only 2 people in the store! Worst service ever!
I wish I wasn't going to be negative but afraid the cleanliness of this store was nowhere acceptable and the service was not what you would expect with so many staff. The Leader was not organising her staff, was not pulling her weight and the body language told you she wanted to be somewhere else. The young man on the register was trying to fill orders as well. There was too long of a wait for orders. A young customer waited 15mins for 2 drinks. Someone needs to inspect this maccas restaurant it is filthy floors, tables and out the back. I've been coming here for the past few years as I live close by and I would have to say that the food and service is shocking. I keep coming back in hopes that things may have improved but unfortunately it just keeps getting worse. Firstly, the food is never fresh, meat hard and stail, pancakes dry and cold etc. Also you'll almost always find something in your order missing. The burger I usually order classic Angus comes different every time like they forget to put sauce one day, next time you'll get a stail beef patty with no lettuce, the list goes on and on and on.. Please, someone do something about this horrible place. I've started taking the drive up to the Maroochydore branch as that's never a fail.
The normal menu is alright, but to be honest I can't really think of anything worse than the breakfast menu. Even the guy making the food said it was disgusting. Edit: went again last night and I swear no other maccas I have been to has been THIS disgraceful. Our receipts were ripped apart and only our order number was given to us they kept the receipt. My partner ordered a double quarter pounder and got something resembling a cheeseburger. I didn't even get a bun with my freaking burger, but they must have known that because they placed the top bun on-top to hide the fact I was ripped off until it was too late. This place was so incredibly dodgey - don't go at night if ever.
Very average. Would've been nice to have a product that looked something like the picture with where most minimalistic of filling. Prices gone up but certainly not quality. Verbal satisfaction asked but when heard response created a zero response. Not very McDonalds of old.
No WiFi, Restaurant is very small and old, no playground for the kids. Quality of food is not great! Always busy, if not at storefront at the drive thru. Wouldn't go there to dine in. Cleanliness is below par. Better off going to Maroochydore or Kawana store.
Horrible experience overall. Store was absolutely filfthy, from dirty floors to atleast 4 to 5 Uncleaned tables. Staff were more concerned with talking to each other than serving the clients. When finally being served my order number was called only to find chips and a burger which I had paid for were left out. I will never return to this store and the manager I believe is mainly to blame for this. Very disappointing
Went there at 11:24 and they told me I couldn't have chicken nuggets because they were closed. Thought they didn't shut???
I just purchased some drive through and ordered two double cheese burgers and ten nuggets for my friend. Unfortunately i received two single cheese burgers instead of the two doubles i paid for. I only realised when i got home that they where not adequate and i had been over charged. i then tried to call this establishment 8 times to which i did not get an answer. I put forth that this particular Macdonalds has very poor customer service compare to every other Macdonalds i have ever been to in my entire life, and i have been to Macdonalds in overseas countries. I thought that at least our home grown Maccas would actually provide the service i wanted. i am not angry at the fact that i got two single cheese burgers instead of the doubles i paid for, i am angry because when i tried to call them to alert them of the error that they rejected my calls. i would not have asked for a refund or a return, all i wanted was to tell the manager that the staff had made a mistake. Now i will hate this macdonalds in particular for all eternity and i hope the branch in particular fails at all it's future endeavours. i will never recommend this macdonalds to anyone and in fact i will yell and scream at people to stay away from this shop entirely because of the dissatisfaction i have received from this macdonalds branch.
Went at lunchtime on a very hot day, waited in drive through car after car till my turn longing for a frozen drink. But all I get is sorry machine on d frost at 12.30pm when everyone wants a icey drink,this is not the first time or even the 10th time.Am sick to death of this McDonald's Don't waste your time!!!!!
