On first impressions this is the most bland and boring McDonald’s we’ve been into. We waited for 5 minutes for a staff member to see us around the corner of the Uber pick up wall before we were served. Food was quick, but the order was wrong and poorly put together.
Normally I would not have a bad thing to say and would give a great review but there have been many times like tonight where I have ordered food for my family and norlt recieved what I ordered. I ask and pay for doubles and got singles, I ordered medium meals and half the meal s small. Thought being a quiet night for them they wouldn't mess up an order but they did. They didn't even offer me a receipt and closed the drive through windows before I could ask for one.
They got the order correct but that’s the only thing I can say for them. They took ages, and it was because they’d forgotten about my order! I was handed a burnt toastie without an apology after trying and failing to get a staff member to acknowledge me for five minutes straight. Appalling service. The employees were more interested in talking to each other than serving customers.
Stoped on way at midnight, ordered a spicy mc chicken and the chicken patties was rotten and smelled like fungus had to through it and sleep empty stomach as everything around was closed. Staff should be more careful what they are serving to customers.
Untrained staff, forever a 15-20 minute wait in the drive through, Not once have I seen the park bay in the drive through used. They have 2 windows to collect food but keep people waiting at the first window. Properly useless.
Dropped in for a coffee. The new fit out with only digital kiosks is horrendous compared to the previous set up. There was no one else in the restaurant and I waited almost 10 minutes for Two coffees. The manager gave an employee a full dress down in front of me about how to order a staff meal properly, absolutely grilling the poor young staff member. Then served me. Then gave me a very rude explanation about Maccas will only refill maccas keep cups. Which is an absolute joke and very poor business and policy. Coffee was okay atleast.
Food was average and wrong as normal for maccas, no human interaction making you have to use the self serve machines, place looks more depressed then my work place. The new Reno's look horrible and plain, miss the old days when they'd stuff your food up but atleast there was bright colours...Food: 2/5
This Restaurant is currently being renovated and seating capacity is significantly reduced. I recommend Takeaway or Drive-thru .
Mc Cafe fan, we really like the variety of drinks available and dessert options. The few times I've eaten the burgers, they've been OK. Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible parking and entry. The order kiosk also has an accessible option for people that require the functions to be lower on the screen.
It's worse now. Walk in and you will see straight away. No proper family area. It reminds you of a prison with electronic self-service. Better service in the drive-thru.Food: 4/5
