Our food was fine but the restaurant was filthy food all over the tables and floors and it wasn’t like it was just left there. The floors are so greasy and slippery I’m amazed some body hasn’t seriously hurt themselves. Use to be very clean has declined so much in the last few years! I would have thought in these Covid times cleanliness would be more important than ever!! not sure I want to think how clean the kitchen was ‍
Worst experience it shows they are open 24 hours but I went to order 4 times a week and everytime I go after 12am they always says system is on update and don't know how long it will take they never take orders after 12am. I went at 12 12:30 1 1:30 on different days they always have excuse that system is on update they can't take orders. Burnie Team please look into this This not only happen with me but with my friends as well.
The workers have eyes, a tounge and ears. What dont they use to get customers orders rite? Ranges from not receiving an item ordered, to not adding exrtas they are asked. Communication and service is not very professional. Some workers really need a career change.
Terrible service. Coke was like water no flavour??? And not even brown really. Something weird going on with it tastes like carbonated water with a tent bit of colouring no flavour at all?? Fries were like cardboard. Cheeseburger was ok but squashed. Coke also was only 3/4 full and girl rolled eyes when i asked her to fill it up properly. they wouldn't let me buy a sauce at second window and told me to drive around again. Absolutely the most ridiculous thing I've heard ever. They have no idea how to run a business properly.
Good food, good coffee. Only disappointment was asking for extra butter with hot cakes and only getting 3 between 2 servings of hot cakes. Though staff were helpful in fixing that.Food: 4/5
Not enough soft furnishings, really noisy. I don't understand this trend of being able to kind of see into the kitchen and having 'all rounders' both preparing food and serving customers. It just makes for a lot of noise, an ugly environment and unhappy faces on employees.Food: 4/5
Absolute worst customer service experience ever! Ordered via the app and picked up through drive through - ordered 2 cheeseburgers with no beef patty and extra pickles/onion, one hamburger with no pickles/onion, a garden salad with balsamic dressing, medium fries and iced chai. The wait times weren’t great which is fine but on top of everything else we experienced made the situation way worse. First round through we picked up our order and continued on - I started opening the burgers a minute after leaving to discover that the two cheeseburgers still had patty’s and the hamburger had 2 patty’s, and I had no balsamic dressing. Decided to go back because the order was so mucked up and had to wait a long time again to go back through again. Got to the pay window, explained the situation and got told to go down to the collection window. Once there the other worker had no idea and said the order should’ve been rectified at the pay window. Anyway, we showed her the order on our app and she had a quick look and then went to sort it we asked for the burgers and fries to be replaced as by this time they were cold and soggy after waiting in line. After a little while she came back with the burgers and I made sure to check them again - STILL WRONG ‍ Still beef patty’s in the cheeseburgers even though I ordered them without. We told her and she said they reprinted the order slip and it doesn’t say no beef patty, are we sure we ordered it properly? So we showed on the app where it clearly said no beef patty’s on the two cheeseburgers, we said it must be a glitch but she didn’t seem very interested to hear what we had to say. During this time everyone behind us was having to wait way longer because our order kept getting mucked up. She then came back with the cheeseburgers without patty’s and left again without bringing the replacement fries - at this point we were over it so we just left. Meanwhile, no offer of a refund or anything like that. Super disappointed and shocked at the experience - didn’t think it could get worse until we got home and my partner bit into his hamburger to find a 1.5 inch long wood splinter - beyond dangerous, could’ve choked or gotten it lodged in his throat. All up about 1hr 30min from placing our order to leaving for the last time. The absolute worst experience, and definitely put me off from going back
Toilet filthy, iced chocolate drink watered down no taste, hot cross bun squashed to within a inch of its life it was more like a hot flat bun, ordered a ham,cheese and tomato toastie and they had no ham? Worst Mc Donalds I have ever been in very disappointed also had to wait ages for the food which was only what was listed above and a flat white coffee not a hard order, but could not find a coffee shop in town so opted for McDonalds as we thought we knew what we would get but no we got a shock instead. Not happy Jan.
I ordered 2 large double mcchicken value meal 14.55 each. Also plain chicken burger meal. The plain chicken burger was bigger than the double mcchicken burger. The double one is a burger cut in half and cooked to a crisp not happy at all the worst meal my husband and I have ever had
