Coffee tasted like the milk was near spoiling. One cap had an inch of foam on top of flat milk while the other had none. Both tasted like half strength instant coffee added to microwaved skim milk. Just stretch the milk with a bit more air please, girlies

Covid procedures were very thorough. Friendly service.

Sat in an empty drive thru for over 20 minutes at 530am Saturday morning to be told there's no lactose free milk and the coffees we were given were almost cold and tasted like luke warm water. Absolutely zero customer service skills.

Great when you are on the road. This particular Macca's is really excellent, very efficient and well used to being busy. It's a high volume franchise and drive-thru is open and multi lanes. All good and spacious with nice country folks working there. Get a smile and get clean fresh efficiency.

Horrible horrible horrible, putrid restaurant area & toilets with no service to assit with ordering. Disgraceful McDonalds Grafton.Deserves 0 stars.

Employes help me and i got my food really well cooked and fast. Guy at the front of the store helped me and was so nice and it deserves a 5 star rating
