Bought two cups of coffee frappe, a very full that no cover well, a cup body is leaking drink everywhere, when young lady pass it to me directly, I asked her to the napkin, after she had given me, I'm in a bowl with paper towel, and tried to deduct the lid, but at that time, the young lady asked me to leave, so!!!!!! How am I supposed to drive alone with a frappe with the lid off? It's still flowing!! You can make me wait 10 minutes to get my drink, but you can't give me one minute to wipe it up?? This is the worst McDonald's I've ever seen!!
Yoga pants country and I now know more about some of you than I should. Great quick service considering how busy it was, the extra filet of Fish was appreciated too. The place was a mess and it's hard to find a clean table but you can't blame the staff. They are flat out and people just get up up and walk away after their kids have trashed the place. It's not hard to grab a few serviettes and wipe the table down. If your kids are still hungry it's because their fries are all under the table.
Not impressed by the way the manager publicly belittled a young staff member in front of the customers. If correction is needed, do it properly and without the condescending tone of voice. Poor service is indicative of poor management. Left a very sick feeling in my stomach.Food: 2/5
Often get the order wrong and the bathrooms have been absolutely filthy twice in recent visits. It looked like they hadn't been cleaned in at least a full day, rubbish on the floor, soap and soap scum all over the sink.Food: 3/5
Poor quality control and/or staff supervision. A week ago ordered an El Maco burger with medium fries; the burger with 2 patties was OK but the fries bucket was less than half full. As I collected it via drive-through after dark I didn’t see the lacking fries until I arrived home. Also had a large bunch of paper napkins. Dared to try the same order again today, this time I could see in the bag before driving off, and there were fries spilling out of the bucket. Got home and found the pathetic burger had only one patty with hardly any lettuce and not a single napkin in the bag. Really poor standards it’s not rocket science, I won’t waste my money there again.
Despite being advertised as 24/7, we were refused service during night hrs and the lady working at the time was very rude when i asked her at what time should i return to order my meal. "Oh my god no i won't serve you", even though i did not ask anything to do with being served.
Owner seems to exclusively hire people he can pay junior wages to, and does a shocking job training them. Always check my bag, have to follow up on missing or incorrect items a majority of the time. Can’t blame it on children who don’t know any better when there’s no responsible adults in the back to set a proper example.
The worst experience that I had with maccas. How can you miss the fries and the sauce for Mcnugget with only one meal?! The server was also incredibly rude and dismissive - even giving us eyerolls while conversing.Food: 1/5
All electronic ordering here with only a very small counter area if you have to use it. Still good, but a different layout to most.Food: 4/5
A trainee called Harry was super friendly and constantly working on cleaning and tidying up when there were no people at the counter ordering. Kid-friendliness: Good playground that was finally open after covid restrictions
