The restaurant inside was not too clean. It was very busy and looked like it was very understaffed. The interior was not great the screens above the cashiers were missing and there was no one there when we walked in - we had to order via our phones, the app, otherwise I am not sure how much we would need to wait for.
Super quick with Drive Thru, always had fresh burgers here. The staff here are polite, well mannered and welcoming. It’s quite clean here. Good management. They value customers time and are quick when it’s super busy as well that makes them stand above the rest. Keep it up!
Really slow service and while waiting in drive thru we could see staff just wandering around appearing not to be working and then botice how dusgustingly dirty the coffee machine area was. So much for cleanliness McDonald's.
Nice, polite and hardworking young people clearly under pump. Would be good if the McMuffin was toasted a bit and not totally dry. It hasn’t been a good McMuffin. I think that needs attention because it happens regularly. Sincerely.
Great place, very clean restaurant. Self order terminals work and can print a receipt - that is worth a special mention. I find in most other places the paper is jammed or empty. That's definitely one thing McD did not do well for their stores.
literally so bad, there are teenagers serving you and they have the memory of a goldfish. they COMPLETELY stuff up your order, in person and through uber eats, customer service is bad, its a dirty place, servers usually arent nice. also they dont know how to make a frozen coke without having it overflow and its so disgusting and messy. overall just super bad and unless you want to get a surprise order dont go here
The worst maccas in Victoria! We have had enough of cold food and missing items every single order over the last 3 years. It’s not rocket science but something is seriously wrong at this site.
It's a pity that today this McDonald's has lost my 5 star rating and has now earned itself a 1 star standard! I arrived here at 10pm on a Sunday evening and all self service kiosks were out of service. I stood waiting to be served and I was then advised some one would be with me shortly! Finally someone came to serve me and was very unhelpful when I wanted to redeem my free reward coffee and purchase another coffee. Finally my husband and I receive our coffees and take a seat inside. Twenty minutes later a rude boy approaches a says we have to leave because he wants to close! I said "Oh, I thought this was a 24 hour restaurant?" There was no reply for a bit and then a "Yeah, nah only the drive through is 24 hours." Now even if this is true which I find hard to believe ... he could have let us finish our coffee. We then sat outside and witnessed Uber drivers and customers being confused as to what was going on...some new to go to the drive thru but others had no idea! 24 Hours means dine in and drive thru. Extremely disappointed we didn't get to enjoy our coffee as intended!
I came down from Canberra to visit my step sister and on the way I stopped at Heatherton McDonald's. Firstly, I noticed the McDonald's manager, Will, standing in the door way, blocking the front entrance of McDonald's vaping next to a group of children who were coughing from all the toxic chemicals. NOT GOOD ENOUGH WILL! Secondly, while I waited for my meal 20 minutes! I saw the manager Will again yelling at all the young workers there, the poor kids are getting screamed at while they are trying their very best to work. AGAIN WILL Finally, Will kept going in and out of the bathrooms, I have no idea what he was doing? WILL SHOULD BE FIRED FOR ALL OF THIS!
Okay, credit where it’s due - The chips served here at this McDonald’s are quite possibly the best example of McDonald’s fries you will find anywhere in the world! Now that’s saying something! And I don’t give out that price lightly. I take my my son for a weekly tutoring session and on the way to school as a treat he gets to order a serve of McDonalds fries. Week in week out every time the chips are absolutely perfect. Presented well and importantly perfectly salted. So often they’re under salted and you need to put your own salt on them and occasionally there’s too much salt but here at this McDonald’s they are absolutely spot on. If this is a reflection of how they serve any other food then it’s likely you’re going to be eating McDonalds as good as it’s ever going to get.
