Had to use the order machines only option during the black rock outbreak and no sanitisers available, half the people no masks. Screens on order machines not wiped and 20 people in small area ordering. Not happy Jan
Took longer than expected for a drive-thru purchase but was compensated with vouchers.
Drove through... asked to park. Waited 30 minutes after I complained it took another 10 minutes... they couldn't find my car was the excuse. Its bright blue.... then I get my order home the my chicken burger is missing the bottom half of the bun.... absolutely astounded about the lack of apology and the quality of the food.
They forgot my order. I waited in the car park for 10 minutes. Had to go back into the store to remind them I was waiting...
One of the best McDonalds in the area with friendly staff and very fast service. Meals are always hot and deliciously served.
Due to covid there's no registers, so you had to order thru the menu boards.
