We have always stopped here because of the great service and coffee. Sandra was a standout employee who made everything easy. Today there must have been a staff shortage, long wait to order, no mugs anymore, banana bread’s butter was melted, coffee was overfilled, spilt everywhere when I took off the lid and it was the wrong order. It was rectified but nowhere near the same standard we have found when passing through.

Got my mcdonalds in shep mixed up! So had to look at a map! Went through drive through to get an iced coffee and they couldn't do coffee... so had to drive right through. Service was fine, but I think sometimes if something isn't going to work, maybe put a sign up on the take away board.Food: 3/5
Waited an hour in drive through then we finally got to the window were told they were short staffed and couldnt serve anymore...after one hour!! Waste of time. Get more staff ffs!

I ordered a classic Angus meal and a Mc spicy chicken burger from the drive through. When I went home and open my bag, they didn’t give me the Mc Spicy and they have charged me the money. It is not the first time they didn’t give me all the food I order!!!!!!
Just went to mooroopna maccas for a frozen coke......... Bloke told me no frozen cokes. Asked him if a large coke was same price? NO it is 5 F@#KING dollars for a large coke...... Disgusting.
I made the long drive to Mooroopna for a dirty cup of what ever the hell they call that! Dirty water would be the best description for their so called cappuccino. The store was also that bloody noisy I can almost forgive them for not adding sugar to my cappuccino order.
Asked for red onion on burger...this what I got...not happy
Says it’s open 24/7 but over the past 2 weeks hasn’t been open once when driving between shep and Bendigo and in need of a coffee. Last night shep and here were both closed to orders when we tried to get our coffee on the travel home. Very very disappointed.
