Lady took my order very quick, kind & efficient. I arrived to collect my order and like the previous review said hot fries & hot beef patty, i am always skeptical about opening my bag when I order, but it's nice to pay for hot food and recieve it. Thanks McDonalds Footscray your the best.

About the food maccas it's maccas so no comments need it. About the store service I ordered in drive trough. I didn't received what I  ordered. So I have to ordered again in the counter. I know it's cheap and not best quality food but is one of the best fast and efficient food brands. So I was hurry and I just expected that

Snooty, petulant behaviour. Ordered frozen Coke Zeros, payment taken. Go to collect window and told not available. Ok fine. Then asked if I want normal coke??? Um, no. Girl just handed me coins back without saying a word. 13:35 on the 25/01/2021

I have never been to McDonalds  and receive hot fries. Omg they serve hot fries alt this McDonalds. Not disappointed at all excellent customer service.

Not bad for regular Melbourne's Mac

The service was good although I wait for long  time my order however in compensation one of the team members gave one chip.

More reliable quality from a McDonald's. Worth a trip the suburb over if your local isn't up to scratch.
