Have failed many times over the last couple of weeks of school holidays...the only time we eat this stuff. Many things missing from our uber orders and then this poor excuse of a large chips which taste older than the staff on drive through. Send some secret shoppers / management in.

I went in store tonight as they’re notorious for forgetting items through drive through. Tonight was no exception, I ordered an El Maco with no alterations, I know there’s meant to be sauce but please explain? Attached photo I also got the jalapeño poppers, I asked about the sauce and they assured it was in the bottom. It wasn’t.

One of the worst McDonald's! The place was so untidy, spilled food lying on the floor, tables not wiped, women's toilet hand dryer was constantly on wasting electricity. Fix it for goodness sake or turn it off at the mains! We came before 3pm so it wasn't even a busy period and yet service was slow. We ordered through the kiosk 3 of us and later 3 other ppl came and they got their orders first. I went up to the counter to ask the reason for the delay and could see only one girl working while the other two one with headset were laughing and dancing away. So instead of tidying up and serving customer during their free time, they just have a party at the back. The chocolate milkshake I ordered was more vanilla than chocolate. For the ice chocolate we customised it to have lactose free milk and yet the staff added whipped cream without asking us, whipped cream that has lactose! Lucky lactose intolerant is not a life or death situation. Avoid this place, unhygienic, slow service and unattentive staff! Would give no stars if possible.

Went in to order because the drive thru was back up to the road, waited 10 mins to order, waited 30 for them to say they lost my order then gave me a two year old expired voucher to make it up.

Shout-out to the manager working the morning shift on 1 Jan 2023. One item was missing came back and let them know. She gave me the item and extra pancakes. Best customer service in any maccas, I've been through and they were very busy too. Thanks for making a bad day into a good one! Keep it up!

Once again they stuffed up our order. Crispy chicken salad, missing tomato, dressing, pepitas and cucumber. Seriously, go to the Maroondah Hwy McDonald's, much better. And check out the photo of filet-o-fish!!!!

I was extremely happy with the service at Mooroolbark Mcdonalds. I was served by a young man named Austin and he made the ordering process very easy. And then once I had ordered I was very happy because I did not have to wait long until my order was ready Very happy

Food is fine, but it's slow. The ice cream machine is usually broken and I know, it's a McDonald's, but they never mark it as unavailable online, so you can order in the app, and it's not till you're in the drive through that they tell you they can't fulfill half the order. Almost never include napkins in take away orders. I actively avoid going to this location preferring to drive to McDonald's Kilsyth even though it's further away got me.

Probably the slowest drive through service out there! Been waiting in the queue for 25mins on a Friday night. The person taking the order seems to be inexperienced and always get the order wrong. Food is cold by the time you collect them and isn't properly done either. They either need a better Manager or provide better training to their staff.

Nice staff okay food but a great stop on my way to work and back home. Staff always helpful and apologetic when there is any issues. Verry good store and nice staff and community. i give it a four out of five stars for nice staff good location and great community
