This one as well as most McDonald's restaurants are going down the hill in standard and quality. First of all, the stupid app doesn't work and couldn't even click on order button after adding items. So went inside store to use the order board and the printer doesn't work and the worse part is that it doesn't even keep the order number on display and quickly disappeared and I didn't even get a chance to recognise what the number was. So stupid system. Under graduate programmer can write a program better than that. Not only that the toilet is so dirty and don't think they have cleaned it for many days or weeks. There were stuff sitting in the bowl and paper inside the sink and almost blocking the drain hole. And the food were made so carelessly and stuff falling out of the bread. I will think twice to use McDonald's again. 5h1t place
So disappointed as chips are cold and you can tell that they've been soaked or cooked in oil twice.photo taken not even 3 mins after collecting and fries have been wiped with towel. Horrible and went straight to the bin.
when you get your order, plz double check the items, they didn't give you correct amount! I haven't received my hash brown and they just gave 18 pieces of mac nugget which I ordered 20 pieces
Very disgusting. All the tables were dirty. Rubbish all over the floor. Hygiene is obviously not a priority here. I have photos which I have attached. Called & spoke to the manager who used several excuses. Will never go there again.
Unfortunately my colleague ordered a tomato and cheese toastie today at 9am. Instead he got a ham one. Right order 127 and correct on receipt. The worst part he is vegetarian!!! Wasn't busy at all and waited for nothing. My meal was correct , seems like a 50/50 at this maccus.
Consistent good and efficient service, food and coffee always great. Recently under renovation, but the service is still good. Lots of seating space outside and inside. Would recommend using the mymaccas app to collect frequent free food and for quick service. Drive through is good, staff are always friendly.
Mixed service. I've had some decent experiences here but a lot have been bad. Went through the drive through the other day with my mobile code ready and as I rolled up the woman in the speaker said "the machine isn't working, if you want to order you'll have to go inside". And then I said what machine and she said yeah you'll have to go inside. I did anyway and had to wait over 15 minutes for my order even tho I saw it sitting in the heating bay. Also been stuck in the drive thru here for over 15 minutes before.
The staff here are really slow and being like nothing to do when it is ridiculously busy! Only a young junior lady staff keep walking around and helping with the orders but the other senior staff are like “whatever” and still chatting. To be honest, don’t come here at night till midnight time. I’ve been waiting for more that 45mins and they will tell you only is your order is not ready yet :
COCKROACH!!!! My god I never expected maccas to stoop this low - a flying cockroach went past my table and sat on a bench right infront of the counter. The employees saw it but didn't do anything. This is getting out of hand. Please health inspection immediately Vegetarian options: Ice cream
I ordered a spicy burger meal and I was so disappointed because the burger tasted like $2 hamburger. It was just a patty with a burger nothing else! I went back to the counter and showed the staff and asked if this is a spicy burger and she had the audacity to tell me that she would replace it but don't expect us to do it in the future! I must also mention the fries were soggy with no salt! It's really frustrating cos you expect all Macca's to be the same! Management should step up to rectify these major service issues.
