Look, it's McDonald's. It is what it is. You know what you're doing when you make the choice to go there. This store has lovely and friendly staff who do the best they can. Went there last night and they were slammed, which is probably how I ended up with someone else's bun-less Quarter Pounder. It takes all sorts, I suppose, but this was terrible. The cheese was stuck to the container and the aesthetics of it made me super sad.
Imagine having a "menu screen" that not only doesn't show the full menu, but only shows the staple items. After guessing the rest of the menu you then get the excitement of waiting to see which part of your order is incorrect or missing. What a treat! It's my local, so I'll continue my custom, but pull your collective fingers out
Staff can not follow simple instructions. Ordered a CHOCOLATE OREA MCFLURRY, recieved normal Oreo mcflurry and 2 chocolate soft serves, ordered frozen mango, recieved frozen coke. Staff on shift did not care and refused to fix the order
Spent 25 minutes waiting for two ice-creams. I get that places are understaffed but at least put one car through from each lane in turns. At least three cars that arrived after us were served before us because of this. Do better.
After a huge wait my order was handed to me cold. It was sitting on the bench for a fair while and was then given to me without the drink of my choice. Completely understand if the drink is not available however I should have been given the meal and an alternative option much earlier. I can see the young kids working are trying to do their best and in my opinion the company needs to train and staff each store better !! There were a bunch of grumpy people waiting and no one should wait too long for what we call fast food ! Ask me if I’ll be visiting anytime soon and I’d say no.
Absolutely terrible! I ordered a large strawberry milkshake, the order clearly stated small strawberry milkshake. Then I was told to wait in the waiting bay, which lasted for more that 20 minutes, only for 1 milkshake, although other waiting people in the Bay got their meals in the time being.Service: 1/5
Place is usually pretty busy, and wait times are almost 30 mins sometimes. I would've gave this a 1 star, but one of the workers really makes the place stand out. He's always so cheerful, cleaning and is welcomes everyone, and actually offers help. I've never seen such a happy employee in a maccas, sadly, and I wanna write a review to say thank you. Otherwise, the food is usually bad too.
Absolute trash, always gets simple orders wrong. Customer service doesn't exist. To busy being trained to rush & serve fast food rather then listen to what the customer is ordering. Bad management is really at fault because they train staff terribly. Story time I ordered a lrg qtr pounder meal 2 apple pies through menulog as it was 11.30pm and i just finished work, couldn't be bothered driving down NOW when i got my food the receipt on the bag was what I ordered, but in the bag was a small hamburger meal... So I drive to the store now being 1 am to show them the mistake. They said I had to sort it out with menulog and would not give me what I ordered, even though they put the wrong food in the bag. 1AM there was no one in the restaurant. They had no reason why I was given the wrong food and I had to pay again at the counter to get what I ordered online and then follow up with menulog to get my money back.. From now on ill be recording my interactions to show how bad the restaurant staff really are. Do better for all your customers.
Absolutely rubbish every time. If you're lucky enough to receive everything you ordered, the fries will taste like they came from an archaeological dig and the burger will look like it was thrown together from the other side of the room. I love a good fries and burger but am so disappointed every time
Was very busy waited a long time, also missing orders and some orders werent available. Atmosphere was terrible had very rude teenagers swearing at each other really loud. Also other rude customers 1 japanese family was rude to my 1 year old for just touching her kids shoes in the play area literly snatched it of my 1 year old and thew the shoe.
