Got a triple cheeseburger meal, chips covered in black bits that tasted like charcoal, couldn’t eat them. Opened the burger box, cheese isn’t melted which is strange for cheeseburgers. All three patties are stone cold. I couldn’t bring myself to eat it, I don’t know how long they’ve been sitting there cooked and didn’t want to risk food poisoning. Worst McDonalds meal I’ve ever had and my local is Eagle Vale so that’s saying something.
Since Mc Donald’s moved here, the amount of rubbish on the street left by customers has increased, as they want people to do something about it. the service is terrible you have to wait almost 30 minutes
Is this a fast food service cause waiting 30 min for 4 burgers and drinks is next level, there was not one person in store and 3 workers. The staff was just walking around and so slow, I really didn't know what they were doing. And after really 30 min I got my burgers, got home and no gerkhins in any of the burgers to top it off they didn't close the drinks properly and went all over my car. This has to be the worst McDonalds ever. the double cheeseburger looked like it was flattened by a Mac truck.
Worst Mcdonalds ever! All the managers should be fired!! Can t even get the order right and we had to wait 35 min for it to get ready!! All we could hear is scream from the kitchen! Didn t advised that they swapped the burgers on our order for something else because they ran out of the ingredients!! And the restaurant itself... the floor was disgusting, table was disgusting and the windows.. look like it hasn t been since opening!!
Staff slow and dont want to make order fast as fast food just hang around chilling while store busu
