I ordered a soft serve in a cup via the drive through. It was runny. I showed the staff member and asked her to kindly seal it. She rolled her eyes, slammed the cup on the counter and irately handed me another already played soft serve lying on the counter. It was also runny. I exited the drive through, parked and went inside to leave feedback to the manager. Turned out the ride staff member was the manager! I advised that she represent the brand better. She did not apologise or model good customer service. Instead she walked away and sent me, via a different employee, a cup with what was half the quantity of the usual soft serve serving. Please see phot below. I’ve tried to move the spoon to show you the bottom of the cup so you can see how small the serving was. The standard at this particular store is steadily declining and I really hope Maccas takes note and starts paying attention. My experience today was one of inconvenience and lack of regard. $1 soft serves don’t break a customer’s bank but growing bad customer experiences break confidence in a brand.nnPlease note picture 2: purchased five minutes after the first experience. Went to use the ladies at about 5pm on a weekday to be greeted by THIS!!!!! Unbelievable especially given the time, it could have been lying around since last night . Never ordering here again now that I've seen their hygiene standards aka NONE.

NO SYSTEM at all. SO SLOW.  I have been waiting for more ALMOST 2 hours for a delivery order. If I didn't call them,  I wouldn't know that someone else took my order. I have been experience this with order branches too. They just don't care and don't check it.

McDonald's should teach/train their staff for customer service. If a person is waiting they are not waiting for a free food, with a basic etiquette or courtesy the staff can ask, how can i help you..? For McDonald's Westmead it is missing..

Was very quick today 6:00 pm I have always waited 15+ minutes for all my Uber oders. I saw more staff today as well. Hmmm auditors were at store for inspection. Hmmmm I'm loving it :pnnSome of the rude staff became polite in front of the auditors . Hmmm I'm again loving it.nnThanks lads you deserve a good review today
