NEVER NEVER NEVER come here without a car to buy it by drive-through. I ordered an ice cream, just 1 ice-cream, and have to wait for 15 minutes because they were busy with drive-through customers. After 15 minutes, I received an ice-cream without a cone. And people still think McDonald is a fast-food brand
I ordered a mcchicken with a steamed bun instead of regular bun and got this and at first I was upset as obviously you would be but then I realise I got a hash brown and I used that as the bun instead and honestly it slapped and I’m gonna order that from now on so whatever it’s cool but wth guys
Ordered from Uber eats delivery was spectacular, but in 3/4 burgers we were missing our pickles, Pattie’s and cheese were both coming outside the burger boxes and lastly one of the Pattie’s were way undercooked, immediately throwing it in the trash. I hope everyone else’s future orders were better than mine.
Dirty Chai coffees are not consistent with other stores. Warm sweet milk is far from expected product. This has occurred on multiple occasions. Small issue however prevents my desire to return.
Ridiculous service - waited 45 minutes in drive thru to end up with cold chips and the wrong drink order. When I asked why the delay, I was told new staff were to blame and it was really busy. Just close the drive thru in future - its not fair to let people be stuck for so long wasting their petrol for a 'quick meal'. Would have gotten better service from my couch. Ridiculous - never going there again!!
