Baumik Patel from Wanneroo Cricket Club swore at me and hissed like a snake after shooting at me to move my car. He's rude and arrogant and the staff told me then can't do anything as store complained to head office actually go back to him!
Ordered mcdelivery and the mcspicy chicken patty was overcooked, rubbery and inedible. Also ordered a filet o fish with an extra cheese slice but it wasn't given. Called the outlet and had to deal with a Manager who was not professional, and got on the defensive as soon as I told her the order we received. There was miscommunication as well. Even though I had asked twice if they were sending someone back to exchange the burgers we got, she kept saying yes, it's okay. When I called back again 30minutes later to ask if someone was picking it up, she threw it back on me and said I was meant to bring the order back. Very poor training on the manager's end.
Ordered a double fish fillet without cheese, but got the wrong burger. When I went back, the manager’s behaviour was appalling — rude to staff, no apology, and I was left waiting 10 minutes for a remake. When I complained, she still showed no professionalism.nnTo make things worse, when I got home the second time, the burger was a mess a teaspoon of tartare sauce. The one they made before had more sauce than the remake. Absolutely unacceptable. Worst experience I’ve had at McDonald’s — terrible service, poor food quality, and zero accountability.
got hot cakes and they were stone cold this was an absolute joke as I just wanted them for breakfast before work.
