Tried getting a McRib. What is that? Buns were dry, no sauce at all, onions aren't cooked, meat tastes like cardboard, half the onions and pickles were in the box. Very disappointed in this. Doesn't look like how it's advertised at all.
Came in here on the evening of Sunday 4th June approx 2145hrs.nDrive through looked reasonably busy.nFoyer only moderately so.nBuilding inside looks dilapidated and run down. Not particularly appealing or clean 'looking'.nReceipts lying all round the floor, maybe a dozen or so. You'd think someone should have been tasked to keep the foyer tidy.nOne of the kiosks wasn't printing receipts- not a biggie in itself.nSerious Angus burger looked seriously skinny to me.nOpened the lid on it and it didn't even come up to the rim of the bottom half of the box.nFries warming but that was it.nNot overly impressed. Place looks like no one gives a damned.
Either you ran out of Gerkins, your your burger maker was lazy... 2 big macs with 1 gerkin in them both not procedure, a quarter pounder with none and 2 cheese burgers with none.... so again, you either ran out on Monday, or your burger maker stuffed up our meals!!!!!nPerson who served us picked up our trays like a professional and impressed my partner with the amount on them.
Dropped by this McD outlet a long time ago, on 24.10.16. First time using self-service kiosk, lol Malaysia introduced this system a year later in 2017. Damn, loved the bacon & egg pie.
Straight up, it's the year 2025. You have 7+ staff on. My big mac had no big mac sauce. The cheeseburger was cold. You forgot to put the chicken nuggets in my order but gave me the sauce. I drove off and had to turn around once I got home. Worst service. Seriously how can your job be that difficult
