Dropped by this McD outlet a long time ago, on 24.10.16. First time using self-service kiosk, lol Malaysia introduced this system a year later in 2017. Damn, loved the bacon & egg pie.
Came in here on the evening of Sunday 4th June approx 2145hrs.nDrive through looked reasonably busy.nFoyer only moderately so.nBuilding inside looks dilapidated and run down. Not particularly appealing or clean 'looking'.nReceipts lying all round the floor, maybe a dozen or so. You'd think someone should have been tasked to keep the foyer tidy.nOne of the kiosks wasn't printing receipts- not a biggie in itself.nSerious Angus burger looked seriously skinny to me.nOpened the lid on it and it didn't even come up to the rim of the bottom half of the box.nFries warming but that was it.nNot overly impressed. Place looks like no one gives a damned.
1.10.2024 McDonald employee Natasha, served our meal diligently with a smile. We ordered a mega share meal at 2 in the morning. She was the only worker and although she was fatigued still managed to cook our food in a quick time and with a happy face.
Just when through the drive through and person taking order ignored when ever the male talked out replied when the female me talked. Got the order correct after repeating it twice. But coming up to the window where you revive your food the guy ignored when we asked for a tray as we had drinks and McFlurrys and couldn’t carry it all. We then asked again a little louder as we just though he couldn’t hear us he then looked at us shrugged his shoulders and walked away. At this stage we asked again and this time raised our voice so that he could definitely hear us just in case he couldn’t both times and he then shut the window and walked away. Very disappointed.
Every time I bring my daughter here she is exited to have a frozen raspberry or fanta drink, but every time the machine is broken!nAlso the chips are always stale and they only half fill the chip carton and some of their young workers are rude and have no idea about customer service.nUnfortunately the other Maccas in Whanganui is even worse so we're stuck with a below average experience every time, which is normally weekly.
