Came in here on the evening of Sunday 4th June approx 2145hrs.nDrive through looked reasonably busy.nFoyer only moderately so.nBuilding inside looks dilapidated and run down. Not particularly appealing or clean 'looking'.nReceipts lying all round the floor, maybe a dozen or so. You'd think someone should have been tasked to keep the foyer tidy.nOne of the kiosks wasn't printing receipts- not a biggie in itself.nSerious Angus burger looked seriously skinny to me.nOpened the lid on it and it didn't even come up to the rim of the bottom half of the box.nFries warming but that was it.nNot overly impressed. Place looks like no one gives a damned.
It's a McDonald's. The food here was not as expected. We ordered a limited edition burger and didn't even get all of the ingredients on the burger. A bit disappointing. There should really be more time taken to make sure of quality somewhere in there as well.
Was with a group of 10. Qick accurate service with everything as expected. Only negative would be the male toilet floor was flooded and I seem to recall this was the case during an earlier visit.
A classic post-COVID Kiwi McDonald's experience. Food of a known mostly acceptable and predictable quality at a price which makes you want or need it occasionally. Terrible impersonal service with the model digital ordering stations. Modern and tidy but uninspiring and barely clean environment.
Some staff are awesome and others a bit salty. Makkas food has become expensive, but the convenience is handy at times. I avoid if possible.
