Back in the day was best McDonald'snNow it fits at one of the worst in Sydney.nWhat happened to management?nWhy would you need ask or get approval to use toilet after 10pm ?nThis Head office restaurant definitely showing excellent hygiene example,nAnd tonight they couldn’t even provide half the menu.nExample store couldn’t make grand Big Mac or double Mcspicy when it was already ordered at kiosk desk.

This has to be the most unpleasant McDonald's experience ever.. The restaurant was absolutely unhygienic bins overflowing, food all over the tables, seats & floors. They were NOT busy for the 40mins i was there! Staff standing around chatting. They got my order wrong 3 times & were VERY rude when i approached them very respectfully.. I know it's only maccas but come on.. Basic hygiene & respect isnt hard

I ordered a quarter pounder meal.. opened it up and it had mayo and bacon? I don’t know how someone could possibly mess this up and if it had been a ‘special order’ for another customer, why isn’t there a sticker like every maccas would do if there was something removed or added on to the burger/meal.nnAlso, whenever someone takes our order, they are so rushed, like there isn’t a line behind us, what’s the rush?!?!? This then often results in missing chips, drinks or wrong burger + their frappe machine NEVER works?nnManagement needs to get their workers in line ASAP.. don’t work in this type of industry if this is how you’re gonna perform.

Service was nice and fast. Nice & comfy layout. Coffee could be made better in terms of taste but it was good that the coffee was made extra hot on a cold and windy day.

We ordered a meal and didn’t get what we ordered. We talked to a lady and told her that we were missing about 7 things from what we ordered in the drive through and when she walked away she rolled her eyes. Don’t know her name but was very rude and unprofessional. This is SOO unacceptable and she was very ignorant, food took forever to cook, and they still managed to give us cold and soggy chips. Unhappy with this experience and will never come back again. Work on your manners and customer service. Might want to move your peg to rule reminder  NEVER COME HERE!nnNot so kind regards, Ronda brown
