Where do I start, the service is awful. These guys are so slow I reckon I could’ve went in the back and managed to make the one cheeseburger I ordered in less than the 30 MINUTES it took the maccas employees to make one. Did you guys take the cow in the back and butcher it in store and then proceed to make my burger. The place was a pig stye, rubbish everywhere. Empty burger boxes on the floor and tables had not been cleared for ages. Considering I was sitting in the restaurant and never seen stuff cleaned it really shows the performance of this store. You guys have gotten worse since the upgrade. Never coming here again and I recommend everyone else takes my advice.
this is genuinely the best maccas i’ve ever been to. I work at maccas myself and ours does not compare. the fries where fresh the oil is obviously being frequently changed. and I’m normally specific about my chicken and cheese burgers so i had doubts when i ordered it. But it was so delicious the chicken patty was sooo crisp and the cheese melted in with the mcchicken sauce. the boy and girl in drive through where very good and quick with there customers.
I took my three grandsons 7,5,3 for lunch on Tuesday 9th July to McDonald’s Sydenham.nRenee was so amazing! From when I ordered at the counter to when she brought our order to our table. Particularly how she understood and assisted me with everything I required to make our experience extremely easy and enjoyable.nThis employee needs to be recognised as an asset to this company. She is fabulous!
To the best of my recollection, the individual in question was named Charlotte. Her exceptional performance was truly remarkable. The coffee she prepared was not only visually appealing but also bursting with flavour. This exceptional experience surpassed any I have had at a McDonald’s establishment in the past. Her contributions significantly enhanced my day, and I urge the establishment to recognise and reward her with a salary increase and a break from being such a hard worker.
I came in on Saturday with food orders for 20 people. Caitlin was fantastic getting all our orders correct, helped me get the 5 bags of food and 4 drink trays out to my car as I had my toddler with me! Considering the huge order I anticipated a long wait time but your team had everything out so fast. Very grateful home reno group
