It took almost 20 minutes wait for one big Mac. Hot food orders were not in numerical order. Not many people in store. They seemed to favour drive by orders. Bin overflowing. Seems dine in customers were 2nd class. Below McDonald's normal standard.
Ordered at the table for food to be delivered. Took a very long time.nFood turned up cold, chips were didn’t even eat and nuggets were also cold.nnThe sauces we ordered Big Mac and chicken sauce looked like they’d been heated then cooled and were all separated and looked very old.nnThe only good thing was the iced long black.nnThe playground is not very kid friendly - my kids hit their heads on things 5 tines between the two of them and when I went to see why I don’t blame them. A lot of rough hard edges that you don’t see at most MacDonalds.nnI’m currently watching everyone waiting for their food and they have almost 5 people waiting around at any given time.nMy kids want more food and there is no way I’m ordering more food from this one.
Worse service ever, the young girl behind the counter greeted me with 'yeah what's up'. Then they started chatting behind the coffee machine looking at me and my kids whilst I was ordering.nnTeenagers these days.. Where has the respect gone for their elders. I guess their parents never taught them any.nnAlso the kids play area hasn't been cleaned like forever. Extremely disgustednWhat a disappointment.nnWill definitely report this to MacDonald's head office.nnNever coming here again.
this is hands down the worst mcdonalds in brisbane, has trainee's ruining expensive coffee's every single time for the last 3 months, ordered 2 cappuccino's was given one flat white and one hot chocolate and they were both cold, chips are always stale and cold and so are the hash browns every single time! It's absolutely beyond a joke this store needs to be shut down!
Ordered Filet-O-Fish with totally 3 filets, but found only one filet when open box after arriving home.
