Unsafe and unthoughtful. With multiple groups of guests in the venue they started spilling hot soapy water everywhere throughout and in front of all the exits. All guests entering and exiting were slipping and sliding as they attempted to escape. Ridiculously atrocious management.
Very rude customer service.nnKnowing their car park and drive thru is always full, when I asked to purchase a side of sauce through the drive through they stated very rudely that I'd have to come in or drive through again. Ridiculous customer service by the window attendant serving right now in the orange vest. Food was decent though, unfortunate the customer service wasn't.
This place is a piss take. Expect the actual size that you've ordered to be one size under. Stingy on the fries and the drink. Count on them to always forget something too. I've been 4 times and all times they've forgotten an item. This place is only 5 minutes from me but I now drive triple the distance for a better meal.
Left the store with my takeaway - only to be too far away to return and get reimbursed. I don’t know how on earth what was literally 5 or 6 chips in a medium chip case - and a burger that was not on the bun and not even all the ingredients on the photo on that un assembled-“burger” that one star even seems to good for this store. Giving maccas a bad name. Avoiding this store is probably a good move as I’m sure whatever you found in the gutter down the block is a better time to try in your mouth.nnNew note. As I went past this unseemly place again but had the hankering for a cheeseburger. I dropped in against my better judgment. Only to be met with a burger that had me choking on plastic in it. Absolute health risk.nnThis place should be shut down and reviewed.
The worst in Sydney.nEvery single time I go there waiting on my local to finish upgrading, the food is not wrapped properly and as soon as you grab it from the bag it falls apart, they take a long time if they haven't forget about your food or given it to someone else. They always forget something and if you take your food back which I have witnessed, regardless on if a customer has touched it, they put under the warmer to serve to someone else. They are rude in the drive through and they are all kids working there, i think the manager is a kid and they just there to socialise not work.nIf you give back something the looks they give you are so nasty. Makes you think they have spat in your food.nDon't eat pork and I told them to please take it off and they put only bacon and cheese on my burger. Don't know if that was some sort of sick joke.nI cant wait for my local to be back up and running , will not come back here anymore.nDefinitely needs a adult to make sure things are running smooth, and needs health services to see what is going on.nWas a good place back in the day when everyone use to meet up with there cars in the parking lot but now it's terrible.
