The drive through service is shockingly bad 9/10 times we come. Not sure why we keep coming here.nnRecently, I went through drive through and ordered pretty quickly, but every time I said an item she cut me off saying “is that all” while I was still speaking. There was only 3 items. It was so rude, that I didn’t bother I’m finishing my order for water. I got to the pickup window and asked if I could have a cup of free water, only to be told that “we are busy you need to order with the first person” very rudely. How do you expect me to order if she continuously cuts me off while I’m speaking?nnAnother time, I ordered a chicken wrap, and when I opened it it had an ENTIRE uncut chicken patty inside the rap. Have a look at the photos for yourself. The manager did end up fixing this once I came inside to complain, but blamed it on “a trainee that was working”, which is very unprofessional.nnThis place has the worst service I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant which says a lot. Give this one a miss for your own sake.
Despite not being busy, the wait was over 10 minutes.nThe slowest McDonald’s in Australia.nThe fries were cold and soggy—the worst I’ve ever had!nNapkins, forks, etc., are all self-serve.nEven the order wasn’t prepared correctly.nI keep coming back, hoping they’ll improve, but every time, I leave disappointed again.
So……got most of the way through my Big Mac and guess what I found…..a might big black hair in my burger!!!! DISGUSTING!!!!nnSpent around $75 on food for the family now we feel sick and don’t want to eat the rest of the food.nnI think this place needs a health department visit to make sure they are wearing the correct protective clothing like a hairnet!!.nnHow can I report this people??nnDon’t go here!!!
Not enough staff, ridiculous waiting time for fast food. Bins full & rubbish all over the tables & floor. Food not worth the 30 minute wait - over salted chips & cold Big Mac missing it’s 2nd layer ingredients.nnIts hard to see the food prep area from the counter but if standards are similar to the rest of the restaurant then food poisoning is a scary possibility.
All I wanted was an ice mocha delivered to my house. Got a few more things. A large Coke Zero and a chocolate muffin. Delivery driver lovely and careful. I open the bag and not only has the coke exploded everywhere, it is not a Coke Zero, my coffee has no ice in it as clearly it’s been sitting for an hour and it’s an abandoned order from before. It’s also not a mocha. Muffin is soggy. Really disappointed. McDonald’s isn’t even cheap enough anymore to excuse the atrocious food and unsafe food hygiene practices.
