My instore service experience was terrific. Everything looks really clean, staff were well presented & professional. The Classic Angus was fresh and hot along with the French fries . The self order kiosk was easy to use but it had no paper to print my order number which didn't stay on the screen very long. I still got everything very fast.
Went through drive through the guy who served me was very polite and nice, but i ordered two cheeseburgers with extra pickles, when i got home neither had pickles at all. The only reason i go to MacDonald's is for the pickles. So annoyed.
Had a issue with my tap and pay.nThis young legend behind the counter offered to pay for my food.nI declined his offer but amazing service and way beyond expectations.
Coffee tasted like just hot milk. Took back to remake and was given a rude look and eye roll. Was remade and still tasted awful. Would say it’s the coffee machine? As it’s my regular order at other stores and tastes nothing like coffee.
Went through drive through for latte and mocha plus 2 hash browns…sent to waiting bay to sit for over 10 minutes watching others get their orders…finally get it, 1 soggy hash brown and two tepid yet burnt coffees…definitely not worth the wait and not to their usual standard. Staff who served me was as tepid as the coffee.
