Whenever I come into the store, I can’t help but notice the restaurant cleaner Andrew is always cleaning everything down whether it’s the floors, the tables, the seats and the utensil station.nnHe’s always keeping on top of the bin liners and making sure that everything is tidy. He serves with a smile to everyone and very politely, opens the door for customers to enter and exit.nnA very polite and hard working man.
i went for dinner tonight and can i just say that the food was amazingly fresh and well put together, even though it was somewhat busy. regardless of the business of the store the dining room was clean with lots of available tables for use! special shoutout to crewe persons Rebecca, Bella and manager Sam for ensuring that the food was correct, and the store stayed clean. it was clear that the workers are all good friends as the atmosphere was so positive and the workers were able to work efficiently while also chatting about minuscule things and laughing, what a way to make working fun!!! all together, an amazing store to go to for a dinner feed, highly recommend!!
Great Maccas, if you can get in through the traffic! Heaps of parking, heaps of seating both inside and out, not really meant for you to stay a long time. Expect the usual cramped toilets as clean as you would expect at any other Maccas, greasy microbial hand wash, and no towels to wipe it off with. Inefficient McDonald hand driers. Fantastic drive-through & service! I had to tell the manager to clean the men's toilets - not very clean.
The burgers looked like a 5 year old had made them with little attention, just a thrown together mess. The service was friendly. The cleanliness was abysmal, filthy floors and tables. The whole store needs a refurbishment, the seats are torn and tables worn. McD has lost its way.
I don’t usually make reviews like this but.. TELL ME WHY , me and my family were in the car ordering a happy meal for my little baby sister, and they then say THERE ARE NO NUGGETS. As in they are SOLD OUT, right? normal, okay so we went to the car park, and mums will understand the pain of a toddler screaming for a happy meal,nnso I then walk in the restaurant and then try to get something else for the toddler, but I then see someone JUST order a nuggets happy meal so I then ask the young lady at the register “ oh do you have any nuggets or are they sold out?” She then says “ yes we do “ so I then tell her “ but oh I asked the lady in the drive thru and she said that there sold out?” And the lady kindly says ‘ it must be a mistake that you have been lied to im so sorry”nSo then we get the happy meal.. it was never sold out and she was lying to us.nnAll I say is I hope that lady that lied to her own costumers is fired.nCustomers shouldn’t be lied to..nnI think we all know now that there ‘icecream machine wasn’t broken’ either.
