Decent store with very good food quality. Burgers seem fresh and tasty. Was a bit busy but clean store. Good place to have a break.Food: 4/5
It was obvious they were busy but when I tried to tell her the self service machines weren't giving a # or a receipt which explained why no one was coming to collect their orders when a number was called out, I was snapped at and told I was wrong. Our order was also incorrect, but it was fixed and made afresh immediately, so that was appreciated. Overall, I guessed it's as good as your basic fast food place can get.
Around 9am on a Saturday morning not busy. No table numbers at the self order but plenty of staff around. No straws or stirring spoons visible. Pick it up people a little bit of service required.Food: 3/5
Very poor service. Ordered toastie that never came. Will not go to McDonalds ever again.
Worst mcdonalds ever, every single time they forgot some thing on the order. whether it be a forgotten item or a substitute the order will not be right! Turn back and ask them for the items they forgot or messed up. Also the only mcdonalds I have seen to have Alcohol on the front desk when they have a promotion and other adult items that should not be in reach of customer more children .. Also the only macdonalds where they will ban you if you want to put in a complaint about any sort of management. They will let you complain about the lower staff that aren't a manager of any kind. Kid-friendliness: No not kid friendly all doors are easily reached by a child as young as 1 and can get onto the park or into the drive thru
I think you may need secret shoppers visit your McDonald's store, the staff, bar 1 lovely youn girl need retraining, couldn't have counted the eye rolls on both hands over a 3 day period whilst I worked in the area. Unimpressed, also, I would go so far as to NOT recommend anyone I know to visit.Food: 1/5
We visited on 28/12/23 at 12 15 pm.The dirtiest Maccas I've been in . Its a pity that the staff were standing around talking and mucking around. Interesting there were not many customers.There was only one clean table. All the tables had spilt food on let alone the floor. Burgers were good, but chips were sogging with oil. As we were finishing our lunch, I noticed a patron asking staff to clean her table, which was done eventually. I thought Mc Donald's had hygiene rosters.
Not the best McDonald’s out there some of the other McDonald’s are quite good in my opinion but Naracoorte one is no joke they don’t even add an cup holder in the middle and it spilt my ice cream and probably 3 years I think they messed our orders they had some ones else orderFood: 3/5
I have seen many McDonalds. The service and people here are the best I've ever known. Consistently they are exceptional.
I’ve lived in Naracoorte for quite a while now and I’ve never seen a business go so downhill from when it started. The food used to be good and taste fresh but now the food tastes like it’s been sitting in a fridge for over a week. I’m quite disappointed on how most of the machines are “not working” in this place most of the time I come in. The staff are nice and helpful but whoever sorts the staff out for counter and kitchen are shocking. I’ve seen customers sit at the counter for over 10 minutes and no one’s gone to help them. I’ve seen customers walk out because they’ve been sitting there for so long. THIS PLACE NEEDS A LOT OF WORK. Sincerely from an unsatisfied customer. Today on the 28th of jan I ordered a large chips and I got them ice cold. is this place becoming a joke or do the workers just not care. I am utterly disgusted. Apparently people don’t know how to put food together either.
