This is to all the other franchise owners/ managers to follow suite of how well maintained this Maccas presents .nThe first impression of walking through the door is the level of cleanliness, fresh, well presented restaurant venue is… no rubbish on floor, all tables wiped clean & clear of trays rubbish etc & the well air condition ventilated atmospherenThe service was exceptional, efficient, polite staff, quick & on point with the level of quality of food ordered.nVery impressed with the restroom cleanliness & up keep.nNow that’s setting the bar for other MaccasnNot surprised, on reading other reviews regarding service, restaurant management, cleanliness & quality experiencenWell done !!!
My hamburger I ordered looked like it got ran over by a truck. It was soggy, sauce was all over the place. I've been going to McDonald's for a long time and have never had a problem with the food. The floor needs to be brommed and mopped very dirty. I saw some annoying lady ordering, she kept changing her order from large to medium and then to small. I honestly felt bad for the guy taking her order. Pissed off about my handburger honestly. The only good thing about this experience was the nice guy who took my order at the front.
a young blonde girl named Jessica looked to be front Area was so sweet.one of the lady’s had messed up my order and without hesitation she fixed it right away. I also believe to see her teaching her friends their job which I found really sweet. Keep up the good work!
As a former McDonald’s crew trainer, I am genuinely shocked by the level of inconsistency and disregard for basic standards at this location. I understand exactly how McDonald’s procedures should be followed, and this restaurant repeatedly fails to meet even the most fundamental expectations.nnTo begin with, almost every time I visit and order a double bacon and egg muffin, I receive two eggs instead of two pieces of bacon. This is a straightforward menu item, and the ongoing inability to prepare it correctly is unacceptable.nnToday’s visit was particularly disappointing. I specifically requested fresh fries, as the fries here are often old and unappealing. Despite waiting for our order, we received stale fries, and one serving of fries was missing entirely.nnWe drove back around to the drive-thru to have the issue corrected. When we asked for the missing fries and fresh replacements, the staff member walked away before we could even finish explaining the situation. She returned with a bag of fries arranged so the top layer looked fresh, but once we were home, it was obvious the fries underneath were the same cold, old ones we had originally been given.nnThere was also an issue during ordering. I asked for extra sauce on my McCrispy, but the staff member added extra McChicken sauce instead. When I questioned this, she claimed McCrispy sauce and McChicken sauce were the same, which is incorrect. Because of that, I changed it to no sauce at all so I could add my own ranch at home. Despite this, the burger arrived with two completely different sauces that I did not request.nnMy partner’s Double Quarter Pounder was not inedible, but it was excessively salty, far more than it should ever be served.nnTo make matters worse, I have tried to call this store multiple times, and the phone consistently rings out or appears to be switched off, making it impossible to speak to anyone about these repeated issues.nnThe service, attention to detail, and overall quality at this location fall far below McDonald’s operational standards. Based on my experience in the company, these problems reflect a serious lack of training, care, and oversight.nnI strongly advise avoiding this restaurant unless you want incorrect orders, old food, and customer service that shows no regard for accuracy or quality.
Surprise, Surprise! This is one of the cleanest Maccas I've visited in over a year! Placed our order at the kiosk and it was completed accurately and quickly. Given Maccas mantra of QSC and V, Im pleased to mate that the crew and manager on duty were doing their best to meet the corporate standard. Let's be honest, you don't come here for fine food, you come here to get what they serve prepared properly and to get it served fast. Consider our expectations met. Additionally, the restroom was clean and dare I say it... smelled fresh. Kudos to the maintenance staff. I wish more of the franchises were able to step up in this manner!
