Did a drive through today ordering the simplest food - sundae and soft serve. We felt like being treated like a homeless. Sundae turns out to be less than half cup and their soft serve intertwine between two cones. Have never seen this in my life up to today! Definitely avoid this branch!
I had lunch today . Very bad experience in the room .I ordered 2 happy meals for my kids but no sauce for chicken bite. I retured to the cashier staff in black cotton shirt headphone were evry rude .cold face there . That Macca's pretty much chaos management while pack hours . Last time I ordered food there . received wrong items .
I recently visited McDonald’s and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this visit honestly left me shocked and frustrated.nnTo begin with, it took 4 hours and 12 minutes just to receive a free sauce and a soft serve. That wait time is completely unreasonable for such a small and simple order. There didn’t seem to be clear communication about the delay, and I was left waiting without any proper explanation.nnWhen I finally received my soft serve, it tasted salty instead of sweet. I’ve never experienced that before, and it was extremely off-putting. After waiting that long, I expected at the very least that the food would be fresh and made correctly.nnOverall, this experience was disappointing and far below the standard I would expect. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both service times and quality control so other customers don’t have the same experience.
This is supposed to be a McCrispy Deluxe, missing tomato, maybe 2 strands of lettuce and blasted with mayo. Both burgers were the same. Chips cold and soggy. This is always an outcome from ordering at this McDonald. Managers need to monitor the staff on what they’re doing.
I genuinely cannot believe how bad my experience was at McDonald's Mt Gravatt.nFirst of all, explain to me how it is even remotely possible to wait 6 hours and 7 minutes for a single soft serve. Not a full meal. Not a complicated custom order. One soft serve. I could have driven to another city, learned how to churn ice cream from scratch, bought a cow, and done it myself in that time.nnAnd after that absurd wait? The soft serve tasted sour. Sour. Since when is soft serve meant to taste like it’s been fermenting in the machine since last summer? It was also weirdly sticky, like it had the texture of melted glue rather than ice cream. Absolutely revolting.nnBut it somehow gets worse.nnInstead of serving it in a cone — you know, the thing soft serve is traditionally served in — they put it on a burger bun. A burger bun. I’m not joking. Who looked at that and thought, “Yes, this is correct”? It was soggy, messy, and completely inedible. It felt less like a mistake and more like I was being pranked.nnTo top it all off, the employees were incredibly rude. No apology for the insane wait time. No explanation. Just attitude. I was treated like I was the inconvenience for expecting edible food after waiting the better part of a day.nnIf you’re craving soft serve, do yourself a favour and go literally anywhere else. I’ve never experienced service this slow, food this questionable, and staff this dismissive all at once. Absolute disaster from start to finish.
