I don’t really like mcDonalds but have transit for 9 hour at night in this airport, this is the only restaurant open after 10pm.nAs usual price quite high with small portion of burger. Seats are limited at night. The staff didn’t clean the table. Rubbish bin is full.nI will not dine in this restaurant if I had other choice.
Not really fast food when the wait for a cheeseburger meal is over 5 minutes long in the drive thru parking bay waiting for a staff member to bring it out. Considering the wait, I’d was expecting the meal to be fresh. Burger was average, fries were hot. All up, not the best McDonald’s meal and way too long to wait for a simple burger to be slapped together.
So approximately 8:52pm 20/04/2024 I went inside to use the restroom and I saw nothing but a contaminated restroom. Toilet did not have a seat to sit on, no toilet paper, the sink was filled with water, when I spoke to the manager she stated that she would take care of it however she did not take care of the matter to stock up the restroom straight away. I asked her for her name and she stated I don’t feel comfortable giving out my name and I said that’s fine but just know your restroom is filthy and not even the rubbish bin was empty. I’m thinking to myself am I in a 1st world country? I know for a fact I landed in Australia but clearly the Indian manager could care less about thee appearance of her workplace. It’s kinda bizarre how people want to be clean during covid but after COVID they go back to there filthy ways. SMH ‍ guess not.
Absolutely filthy! The staff done seem to bother serving unless you ask them even after standing at the register for over 10 kid. The manager just simply kept walking past.nnFood was average!nnThen we used the “toilets” I’d compare that to a tip! Upon asking the service station who is responsible for the toilets he replied that it was McDonald’s and he would t let his own dog use it!!nnMen’s literally had wee all over the ground my husband had to lift him to use the toilet! And pee being held by dad!nnWe used the females and there was urine there was pop spearing on seats there was pads overflowing from the sanitary boxes!!!nnDate of this was January 10th 2024 photos attached only of female toilets
A month before I had ordered ham cheese toastie and I received toast only with no stuffing inside at all , and today I had ordered again ham cheese toast and they put barbecue bacon toast instead ham cheese same girl always does wrong things to me, today’s ticket number was 134 and I had ordered macchiato and ham cheese toast. Absolutely disaster…
