This Macca's is nasty. How can BOTH urinals be blocked and overflowing with piss??? Worst Macca's toilet of my life. Maybe worst toilet anywhere and I've travelled. Nowhere near enough staff. Bins overflowing. Boss angry at staff about the stress they're causing. Can't even put tomato inside the bun. Coffee scoldingky hot. Food and wrappers everywhere. Whole place looks like it hasn't been deep cleaned in a decade. Drive a bit further to another store. Save yourself the first degree burns and nausea.
Is this a joke? We walked through sticky wet floors that made our shoes all gross to get in line to order, paid on the self serve machines and waited AGES for one happy meal and an extra fries. The food was not even edible. I’m serious. Like those fries were stone cold and tasted like they’d sat there all day, we couldn’t even bite into them. So how come we waited so long? We walked out the door and threw them straight in the bin. Waste of money.nnWe had to ask for a straw for our drink and were rudely told ‘it’s in the bag’ except it wasn’t. A straw was then shoved in our face with zero apology.nnMy shoes made noise from sticking to the tiles all the way through the terminal until we got outside.
Out of all that the Melbourne Airport offers in terms of dining I think the McDonald’s is the best value for money. Its claim to 100% Aussie beef is no joke. It does taste better than the McDonald’s in other parts of the world. We had an afternoon flight but had to get to the airport early, and we had both breakfast and lunch at the McDonald’s — there is no pressure for us to leave. I also had a blueberry banana cake for breakfast with coffee. The experience was very pleasant for travelers.

Geez the quality at this store is horrendous, ive worked at Maccas in my younger years and i can definitely see the difference in the quality of food being made and served, WHY IS MOST MACCAS STORES BEING STINGY ON FRIES, WHEN I ORDER A LARGE I EXPECT TO GET A LARGE, BUT THIS SEEMS TO BE RIGHT ACROSS THE BOARD WITH MOST STORES..
