Gave them another chance after fries missing from a delivery order ... no more they are missing again. And of course because it was thru door dash not a lot I can do tonight!! They don't even answer the phone anymore!!nI get delivery cos I'm not in the best of health and it's a treat as such ... it's not the driver cos bag has those seals on them
I don’t want anyone getting fired but,nnI’ve had two unpleasant experiences with a male Filipino forgive me if I get his ethnicity wrong manager at this McDonald's.nnThe first time, I asked him why certain items were handled differently compared to other locations, and he rudely replied, 'If you don’t like it, you can go to another McDonald's’nnThe second time, he didn’t smile, didn’t speak, and it felt like he was glaring at me the whole time while handing me my food. As a manager, I expect him to set a positive example.nnFood still taste good, but the service from him can be a lot better.
We told our great grandchildren we would take them. Toilets were filthy, and customer tables and booths had sauces, food scraps, and rubbish under our table. A number of vacant tables were the same. The counter staff were friendly and helpful.nMcDonald's food is not for me, but the little ones enjoyed it.
My friends, families and I went there to have breakfast this morning. We ordered using the self serve machine. After paying we didn’t get any order number or receipt so obviously we have to wait at the front counter to be called out when it’s done. We noticed that there i”was some people already waiting for their order for ages. We waited 15 mins then half an hour we have to ask them where is our order as it takes a while. There was a few staff there but mostly juniors and trainee. Some of the customers couldn't wait as it really took ages to fulfil one order. Some of the orders was sitting on the counter for online order too and never get called out. When we asked where is our order one of the staff ask for our order number. We said no number came out in the screen. She said tell us your order so we can make it. They had a copy of our order in their screen but nothing is getting done. They looked a bit overwhelmed and can’t handle the pressure in the kitchen. We got our order after an hour later, incomplete. One of the staff said be patient as most of the staff were on training. We are very disappointed today. Attached is a photo of my coffee frappe this morning. Please don’t over staffed the kitchen with all trainee when it’s quite a busy day. We felt sorry for all the juniors that experienced all that stress. Thanks
Bought bundle for 2, both fries were half filled and half frozen and some how the others were burnt
