Is I could leave a negative -10 I would ordered 2 medium meals with 2 banana apple piesnWhen I received my order I only had the burgers. Called the store and they said owe well. This store is beyond a joke , also not the first time this has happened they always seem to miss items or it’s cold.
Staff seem more interested in chatting to each other rather than serving so good job they have self serve kiosks but you will have to wait 30 minutes for your food at least!! Then they will proceed to give you the wrong order not once but twice!! Then the girl on the front desk begins to unwrap burgers pulling them apart checking for no sauce as I requested no sauce however I didn't request her dirty unwashed hands to touch my food!! The toilets are filthy which is surprising as the restaurant was empty and not much action on the drive thru so god knows what the staff actually do here, glad I'm not a local will not be returning!
We're locals and have frequented this McDonalds since they've established.nnI feel bad for delivery drivers as their service is astonishingly slow. Food always cold.nnNo one I know will return to this location. Save yourself from slow service and dry cold food.
This Macdonalds is the worst one I’ve seen yet. I often give restaurants especially a fast food restaurant the benefit of the doubt from a one time bad experience, but it’s so repetitively bad and dodgy that I felt the need to write a review. I have a lot to say.nn1. It is quite disgusting to see the environment of the dining areas. They aren’t frequently cleaned, leaving customers to sit at tables that are filthy; chips everywhere, rubbish everywhere and dirty seats. The lack of effort to clean is appalling.nn2. The self serve machines are often out of order leaving customers to order at the counter, which often isn’t a big deal. What is a big deal is the service of the workers. On their phones, and blatantly ignoring customers waiting to order.nn3. Every single time I’ve ordered from this Maccas, I’ve received basically cold, soggy or burnt food.nn4. If a customer pays full price for an item, at least give them what they paid for. I’ve gotten ripped off with my chicken and cheese order three times now, and its ironic how cheese is the second major component of the burger and they proceed to give me half a cheese. It’s ridiculous.nnThere was so much hype surrounding this Maccas when it first opened in the Ingleburn area, and asking the people I know about this area, everyone is appalled.nnIt is pretty clear and obvious to why this place isn’t as popular as other enterprises. I suggest the owner, and managers to make some changes. A lot of changes actually.
Most amazing store I’ve ever been to, they are fast paced and I always get my order in only a couple minutes later. I recommend people coming to this store!
